Order from this company back in November 2021. They charged my card but till this day, I never received the shoes. I email them, never got a reply. So disappointed!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Beware!! I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company.

Bought shoes here, in a 2 for 1 deal for $80. Only one pair showed up and they’re the wrong size. Contacted them multiple times for months and they never got back to me. :/

DONT BUY!!!! This store is an absolute SCAM! I purchased the Zenitsu Shoes back in February and they still haven't came!!!! IT HAS BEEN FOUR MONTHS!!! Listen to the other reviews and dont buy from this site ever!!!

I placed an order 1 month back for my sons birthday, paid and received email saying update will be sent once shipped. I've emailed many times with no response or update.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered the B1G1 Free and I did not receive the second pair. I have emailed and sent inquiries and I have not received a response. The quality is very GENERIC. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Most of the reviews are saying they are bad and never order from them but I actually found them quite ok. Yes they took a while for the order to get to me but they arrived, in one piece and were actually in great condition

Whatever you do do not order from them I ordered buy one get one free got one pair made so bad and took 2 months after emailing them several times no response never got the second pair

I was bought shoes during the BOGO Free Deal; I only received one pair of shoes. They do not answer my emails and I do not know who to call for some sort of refund because I was scammed into buying one pair of shoes for the full price (instead of two).

Listen to what everyone is saying on here about this website. I purchased the b1g1 free deal back in Oct. I reached out multiple times via email and chat. They WILL NEVER ANSWER YOU! Jan rolls around and finally got something in the mail! To my disappointment, the free was the one that arrived and not the actual one I paid for. I reach out again, and nothing. They are scams! Don't buy, not worth your time. You can go to Etsy and purchase one that is way better quality! Definitely going to dispute with my cc

Never got my order. I ordered 2 pairs for my sons for Christmas but have never received them. Have sent countless emails with no response. Definitely going to contact my card company and get my money back. Wish I had read all these reviews before I wasted my time

Like most of the reviews..if i could leave NO stars, I would. I placed my order November 15,2021...got text updates. Well tracking would never update. I did the buy one get one for $89 and these were a Christmas gift for my son. He picked one pair and I picked the other. After constant checking of tracking and nothing, I had emailed and tried the CHAT but NEVER got a response. On January 11, 2022 one pair arrived, the pair I picked. He was really wanting the pair he picked. Ok cool! I mean they are OK i suppose. Anyways, I had been holding out hope that the other pair would come but after reading all these other reviews I can honestly say I doubt they EVER show up :( Would not recommend this site to anyone ever. However anyone looking, Etsy has some and another site but don't remember. Just google Anime shoes!!! Of course almost $100 a pair but good reviews on both!

This company is a SCAM, Do not order from them I have sent countless emails, with photos of my order and everything. I got a beat up black bag in the mail and its a pair of sneakers that are in pieces. To top it off I ordered the buy 1 get 1 and nothing came of it as well. No one will respond to emails and i still can not get my money back either

If I could give no stars I would. It’s a scam. Fake contact emails, fake tracking number, fake phone number. Don’t waste your money.

SCAM! Safe to say I'm Never getting the shoes I ordered in August 2021. Its January 2022 and never got them. Email is fake. Just a whole scam. PLEASE DO NOTTTTT ORDER FROM ANIME.OASIS!

Ordered shoes, got a tracking number, package says its in customs. Been 3 months in customs. Emailed several times with no reply so I called credit card company to report and anime oasis refunded my money immediately. It's definitely a scam. The site has only been up a few months.

I received only one of two pairs that I ordered. The one pair took about a month, expecting the next pair soon after.....nope!!! No reply to all my emails. I have twins and wanted them to each have a pair, but guess not!

I ordered a pair of shoes when they were 50% off on November 20th, and it’s now December 22nd and I still haven’t gotten a notification or anything on where they are at. Do not buy, go to a different website and don’t waste your money

Do not buy from Anime Oasis. The 2 for 1 offer they advertise is a Scam. My son only received one pair of the sneakers he paid for. The company does not reply to emails or the Chat option they have on their Scam website.
