Order not received and no Support
I ordered in february and have till now not received my order. Support is also not helping and ignoring my requests. DO NOT ORDER HERE especially if you want to do large orders.

Great service. Initially they missed my bank transfer, but after contacting them they processed my order immediately, and also adding 5% extra product for free on a quite big order.

Wide selection of good quality stuff
Wide selection of good quality stuff, nicely packaged. Delivery by regular mail can take longer than expected, but that's not shops fault, you can always choose other delivery option. Communication not instant, but still adequate.
