Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf meine…

Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf meine Rücksendebestätigung. Ich habe 4 E-Mails geschrieben, ein dutzend Mal angerufen. Die Aussage auf der Homepage, man würde innerhalb von 24 h antworten, ist schlichtweg gelogen. Das einzige Mal als ich jemanden telefonisch erreicht habe, versprach man mir eine sofortige Bearbeitung. Seitdem werde ich weggedrückt. Ich dachte schon die Untätigkeit sei eine Unverschämtheit, aber jemanden wegzudrücken und auf Mailbox umzustellen übersteigt meine Vorstellungen von schlechtem Kundenservice. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, wenn man unterbesetzt ist oder zu viele Anfragen erhält, aber sich garnicht zu melden, leere Versprechungen zu machen, und Kund:innen dann zu ghosten ist mehr als einfach nur schlechter Service.
