I ordered a simple spiral notebook from…

I ordered a simple spiral notebook from anjani books and honestly the experience was super annoying 😞 there is 6 spiral notebooks in photo but came only one. when I messaged their support expecting a basic return they just flat out said no 🛑 it is literally an untouched notebook sitting right here so having zero flexibility for customers feels really unfair 💔 online stores should have at least some basic customer care but this was such a letdown definitely not ordering from them again and just wanted to give everyone a heads up 👎🛒
