Unresponsive regulator, no player protection

I filed a complaint against an Anjouan-licensed casino for withholding over €40,000 in winnings. I followed their Dispute Terms & Conditions and submitted the complaint. Other than an automatic confirmation email, I received no further communication. The casino did not respond, and neither did the regulator when I followed up a month later. Despite the casino clearly breaching the regulatory terms by failing to respond to the complaint, it continues to operate with a valid Anjouan licence without facing any repercussions.

The Anjouan regulator is completely unresponsive, and its licences offer no player protection. It appears that Anjouan-licensed casinos have virtually no regulatory oversight, so whether a player's winnings are paid out or not is entirely up to the casino, with no consequences if it chooses the latter.

Anjouan Gaming Authority licensed…

Anjouan Gaming Authority licensed Betwoon, which confiscated my verified balance of 639,000 TRY.

I submitted a formal complaint to Anjouan Gaming Authority but received no response.

A licensing authority should protect players and ensure fair treatment.

Ignoring player complaints damages trust and allows licensed casinos to act unfairly.

I am very disappointed with their lack of response and player protection.

I sent around 15 emails to complaint against casino adrenaline for regulatory non compliance. After 3 months there is no response from Anjouan.

Stay away from casinos that are licensed by Anjouan gaming authority. It's scam.

No response from them 3 emails been…

No response from them 3 emails been over a week. My understanding is they license CoinPoker. Coinpoker freely admits to a cheating scandal but offered nothing but to ban a few players. Nothing beyond that to fix issue, was curious if the people that license them looked into the problem. Obviously they are not a real entity, just something to put on a piece of paper. Coinpoker is stealing and its beyond obvious. Anjouan is not real its just a front to launder money is my guess.

Formal Regulatory complaint submitted, no response after three months

I am sharing my experience regarding the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s regulatory process.

On September 2, 2025, RealSpin, an operator licensed under Anjouan, informed me in writing that a repayment of CAD $80,700 would be processed and returned to my bank account. That repayment was never executed.

After receiving no further response or resolution from RealSpin, I submitted a formal regulatory complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority on September 30, 2025. Under the Authority’s stated procedures, a response was expected within approximately 30 days.

Today is January 11, 2026. More than three months have passed since the complaint was submitted, and I have received no acknowledgment, update, or response from the regulator. The matter remains unresolved.

The payment processor involved has stated that they are unable to proceed without merchant instruction, leaving regulatory oversight as the only meaningful avenue for resolution. However, the absence of any response from the Authority has resulted in no enforcement action or clarity.

I am posting this review to document my experience with the regulatory process, particularly the lack of communication and follow up after a formal complaint was submitted.

No effective player protection or dispute resolution

I am sharing my experience to help other players understand what to expect from this licensing authority.

I submitted a formal complaint regarding a licensed operator after my account was closed and my withdrawal was withheld. The complaint was acknowledged, but no substantive response, investigation update, or resolution was provided within the stated timeframe.

Because a regulator complaint was filed, third-party dispute services declined to intervene and advised me to wait for Anjouan Gaming’s decision. However, despite waiting, there has been no outcome or meaningful engagement.

In practice, this leaves players without protection. Operators can cite broad clauses, refuse further communication, and withhold funds while the regulator remains silent. This makes it extremely difficult for players to resolve disputes or even understand the reasons behind adverse decisions.

A gaming license should provide transparency, accountability, and dispute oversight. Based on my experience, Anjouan Gaming does not currently offer effective player protection or an active complaint resolution process.

I strongly advise players to be cautious when dealing with casinos licensed under this authority and not to assume that a license here guarantees fair dispute handling.

Anjouang gaming police should close this Company

Robocat now operates WITHOUT a license – removed from Stellar/Anjouan registry

This is my updated review after monitoring the situation. What I discovered is extremely serious.

Robocat was previously listed under Stellar Ltd with the Anjouan license ALSI-202411077-FI2, together with many sister casinos (Posido, Neon54, Malina, Boaboa, Cadoola, Playzilla, Bankonbet, etc.). After a wave of complaints, every other brand is still visible on the regulator’s site, even with expired licenses – except Robocat.
Robocat has been completely removed, meaning they are now operating without any visible or verifiable license.

Their support refuses to answer a simple question:
“Do you currently hold a valid gambling license?”
They avoid it every time.

The so-called regulator, Anjouan Gaming Authority, is also part of the problem. Their Trustpilot page is full of complaints, extremely low ratings, and players reporting that the regulator never responds. They ignored my complaint as well. This proves that there is no real regulation, just a license used as a façade.

Across the entire Stellar network, the pattern is identical:
– deposits are instant
– everything works fine while you lose
– once your winnings exceed your total deposits, limits and delays begin
– small withdrawals sometimes go through
– larger payouts stay “under review” for weeks
– VIP levels drop suddenly
– accounts get blocked
– support sends the same copy/paste messages like “Finance is reviewing your request”

My own account was blocked after winning, and I have already submitted the full case to the police with all evidence.

This is not an error or misunderstanding – it is a coordinated offshore system designed to prevent profitable players from cashing out while appearing legitimate through EU payment methods and a non-responsive regulator.

Final warning: Avoid Robocat and all casinos connected to Stellar Ltd. Operating without a license, with no regulator oversight, no transparency, and no guarantee of payout. My experience should be a warning to others before they lose their money.

This organization ignores inquiries

This organization ignores inquiries. The link to a cheating casino's Anjouan license complaint form does not work. When I tried to e-mail Anjouan Gaming about this link issue they ignored me. So all a cheating casino has to do is make sure their Anjouan Gaming complaint link doesn't work and they are home free to cheat customers. Based on the other reviews here, even if the complaint form could be filled out, the Gaming Board would probably ignore it since they make their money by granting licenses and not adjudicating complaints which generates a lot license purchases by rogue casinos.

They lack a fair disspute system. You can get robbed on an Anjouan casino any moment.

Attempted bringing to their attention the crimes of betplays.

Came to my attention that I wasn't the first one to bring this to their attention. Turns out there have been people who have been robbed by betplays and have gone to anjoangaming to file a complaint, all to be met with an unsatisfactory answer.

Anjouangaming has taken the side of a corrupt casino that has stolen hundreds of thousands from legitimate players. There is internet history of multiple people reaching out about the same casino and the same problem. No help.

While there are some casinos that are legitimate and run under this license, this is a sign of warning that an Anjouan license doesn't mean anything and in fact is bottom tier casino licensing.

Everyone should favor other licenses as they lack a transparent and fair dispute system for rogue casinos.

Fake license no recognized by the comoros.

Hello,
They give fake licenses to casinos around the world, a country itself does not give these licenses. People are hiding behind all these fake setups.
I have an account at a casino, 8000 euros were stolen from me. They were on their side without providing any proof or wanting to communicate.
Avoid Anjouan license, no justice will be in your favor
