Shame I can’t give zero stars! I have been completely duped by this company! I ordered a pressure washer which never arrived. The company keep telling me that it will arrive via EVRI, but when I quote the tracking ref EVRI do not recognise it! Any attempts to get my money back are being batted off by Ankercubic, asking me to be patient! It’s been 6 weeks, and there is no recognisable tracking ref. How patient do they want me to be? I am now considering this to,be a scam (I.e. theft!) and will commence legal action next week. They shouldn’t have messed with a family of solicitors!!

I have purchased a pressure washer and it doesn’t work. I have contacted the company who have asked for a video🤔 I have sent photos of it plugged in and attached to water hose , switched on and sent video of it not working. What more proof is required 🤷‍♂️. Very frustrating to deal with.

Failed Delivery of Part Order!
I purchased this pressure washer along with two accessories after reading a review, clearly the review is a scam that the Company have somehow made to look legitimate, or the reviewer had a 'perk' for singing the praises......
This company is awful, 'Mateo, the Sales Director' just lies repeatedly.
I received the pressure washer, which is a very cheap knock off a Karcher, the accessories have never arrived. Mateo goes from saying orders are dispatched in order as they are very busy. He can not answer the question as to why my accessories were not picked and dispatched at the same time.
Every day Mateo states that the accessories have been dispatched and every day I ask for tracking information which he can not provided.
Its a total scam. Just do not buy from this sham of a company.

I purchased a pressure washer based on a review I saw when searching for "best pressure washer UK"
I received this today and after putting it together, it is shockingly bad. It leaks, it's cheap and there is nowhere near as much pressure as stated in their advert. Also, it comes from Hong Kong which the website does not reflect. It has taken over 2 weeks to get here. I have emailed for a full refund but since looking into this I am not going to hold my breath. DO NOT make the same mistake as I did.

well, i should have checked this company out before i parted with my cash. i don't normally buy Chinese rubbish, didn't know they were chinese. i tried to cancel my order for the jetwasher half hour after i placed it, after finding out what a crap company they are, but was told it had been shipped. i told them i didn't believe them and wanted a refund today, they just keep repeating that it has been shipped.
i ordered this because i saw it on a comparison site so i went for it as it had good reviews, this site has obviously been set up by ankercubic, i threatened them with this and now i get no replies from emails. all this only 2.5 hours from placing the order with them. lets hope my bank can help!!

Complete scam. Washer never arrived, they claim Evri lost the parcel. Have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. Just get rude emails back that don’t make any sense. They clearly don’t speak English very well. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Going through small claims court now. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Bought pressure washer from this company but was not fit for purpose. Machine leaked water and did not clean slabs as required. It took 142 e mails to get a refund then they charge a restocking fee of 15%!!!
Customer services are a disgrace. China based. Do not buy from this company if you do not want hassle and poor customer service

I had a basic question, prior to purchase, (which should have been listed in the description on their website anyway!)
And the customer service was rude and sarcastic. Needless to say I never proceeded to purchase from them.
I then saw all of the negative reviews on here, regarding poor customer service and awful product. Avoid this company.

Rip off merchants - washers don’t work. Struggling to now get them to take it back for a refund. NOT U.K. based.

It’s funny that the 5* reviewers have only ever made the one review. Buyer beware.

First of all this company took my money and took ages to get confirmation of my purchase.
Secondly it took nigh on 2 weeks for product to arrive.
Thirdly, when it finally arrived it is useless, poor quality product.
I contacted saying I want to return item and get full refund, after toing and froing via email they have told me today, I will need to return the item to China which would cost me much, alternatively they will refund me 5% and I could gift it to friends or family. I've stood my ground and requested again for return address or give me £100 refund.
Watch this space ......
I have since had offers of 8% and 11% refunds, I keep requesting return address and they just won't give it to me, why?

As a company it must be one of the worst I've dealt with. I ended up cancelling my order and the charged me 15% restocking fee even although they were unable to give me details of despatch and arrival date. There customer service is a joke also.

Simply appalling. The product is simply not as advertised as a German engineered product and well trying to get anywhere with their support department is met by template emails. Has anyone had any luck in getting a refund as been trying for 6 months with the card issuer being very unhelpful. You have been warned that you should give this company and product a wide berth. Just a reincarnation of a previous business

Dreadful product and horrendous customer service. I would not recommend buying from Ankercubic. I used the power washer once and it broke. I contacted their “customer service” from whom there is no service they don’t even speak English. The product has no warranty. I said I had only had my product 3 months and used it once but there are no warranties with it at all. Do not buy.

Absolutely disgusted by the way customer services treat you. Product is Chinese and quality is poor. Hard to keep spray nozzle adjusted correctly and pressure is worse than my previous washer. Still awaiting a resolution from customer services. My advice. But something else.

This business is not a UK company as they suggest by the name 'Ankercubic UK +8'.
In fact it is owned (according to Companies House) by two Chinese guys, both resident in China.
The product is totally misrepresented on the website ankercubic.com using fabricated information and claims.
The so-called 'independent reviews' on other web pages and positive comments in Trustpilot giving the power washer a great write-up - my advice DO NOT BELIEVE THEM !
When the product arrives you will find it comes in many pieces you have to assemble, and all components are poor quality.
This is NOT the powerful pressure washer it is sold as.
They use email only - there is no phone number available - and if you are unsatisfied and try to get your money back...

Hopefully my card issuer HALIFAX, Bank of Scotland (who I have informed and are investigating) will cover my loss when they discover that this business trading as Ankercubic is fraudulent.

I don’t write many reviews but felt I had to on this product, after the many negative reviews.

Was kept up to date when it was going to be posted arrived less than a week. All packaged up professionally. Pressure washer in good condition which no damage.

Just used it. Powerful and light to move around. May be a little noisier than expected but no more noisier than another pressure washers I have used.

Much better than my last Karcher Pressure Washer.

Took over a month to receive a part of the order that was showing as 'in stock' and I needed before I could use the washer. It all comes from overseas, not them at all
They are just a re-seller website. This part from China. Chased every week and just got impersonal 'copy paste' type emails. No genuine interest ar all. Just 'lip service'. The washer thankfully seems good enough, apart from you cant adjust the flow rate of the snow foam fitting and it comes out too fast. The bottle is also too small to hold enough for a car. I really hope it doesn't go wrong as they cant fix it being a reseller and wont care. None of this is indicated on their website. I regret my purchase.

Do not buy!

Tried to cancel the order three minutes after placing it as something didn’t feel right.

Two weeks later, and countless emails and they simply will not comply with UK consumer law.

I am taking them to court and my bank has raised a dispute with them.

Just keep saying has been shipped.
Won't give any tracking details or advise when will arrive.
An automated reply when I try contact them!!

I don't know why this gets good reviews I bought 2 of these for Christmas as gifts, because they had great reviews and both are rubbish
