This product is so easy to operate! It comes with clear instructions and all the necessary accessories, so I had it up and running in no time. Great product!

I ordered a high pressure water cleaner on the 19th July. Payment was taken on the 20th. Ankercubic say they will ship 1 to 3 days from payment being made and delivery will be 2 to 8 days from shipment. On the 30th July there was no tracking information so I advised them that unless I received delivery by Sat 3rd August I no longer wanted the product. On the 31st July there was still no tracking information so I cancelled the order and bought another pressure washer from Amazon. Today the 3rd August I have been advised by Ankercubic that the water pressure has been shipped and I'm unable to cancel. If I ever receive the product I can return it at my cost (I believe to China) and they will also deduct a 15% stocking charge on recept of the returned product. Impossible position. I would not recommend that anyone buys from this company.

The pressure washer works great for cleaning, bit the delivery was really slow. which was a bit frustrating. I hope they can improve their shipping speed.

This one is amazing! This pressure washer makes quick work of cleaning my car and patio. The pressure is adjustable. Which is great for different surfaces.

Do not buy from thus company unless you want to wait for weeks unless instead of 3 to 5 days .

No phone number only email and never answer your questions in full .
I had to get my bank involved in the end to get a dispute they soon move themselves but too late .

Don't But from this shoddy company

The companys a scam we ordered a jet wash just over 4 weeks ago and there's no sign of it full payment taken

The site claims that they deliver their 3d printers within 2-3 days, also it gives you the false impression that they are in the UK, as their name is Ankercubic UK +8. Truth is it is a chinese company, shipping from china, now it's 17 days since I paid for my order (2 April) and the package is still in transit today (19 April). Their support is via email, their "sales director" can't put a proper english sentence together other than keep repeating that delivery is either 5-7 days or 1-3... I wouldn't have picked the company if their website wouldn't have claimed the 2-3 days shipping, as if I wanted to wait for weeks, I could have ordered the same product over a 100 pounds cheaper. I'd recommend to stay away from this company. I had no chance yet to try the actual product as it's not yet here, but will update my review if I ever get it.
