It's amazing as a retailer to be able to shop in Ankorstore, many advantages and many brands to browse in a unique checkout, having free shipping, everything is well thought to make us retailers shine, so definitely do not think twice if you're a brand or a retailer and join ankorstore now.

Ankorstore in the beginning was great idea, but now disappointment is big because of additional shipping cost from almost every brand. And Estonia is not in the end of the world. Our main partner from Netherlands is shipping with 10€ on box and here we have to order at least for 300€ and still pay 30€ for a view amount of items.

The credit option is a bonus

Charge 24% commission, even when you directly bring an existing retailer to purchase from you via the platform. Very misleading as their site says 24% commission only on the retailers they bring you. Will close our account soon and continue on the other wholesalers who do let you do this.

Edit: They've since managed to mess up even more by giving a random referral an additional 15% off on an order and then failed to have it collected within the agreed day and time. Useless company.

We've discovered Ankorstore almost 2 years ago and it has been a great experience.
Our lifestyle flower shop is a small boutique that sells lovely little treats alongside flowers so for us Ankorstore is a perfect partner. It offers great diversity of products, low minimum order, safety of purchase and their webshop is user friendly.
Thanks to them we are constantly able to offer our customers a diversity of goods from all over Europe without breaking the bank

Ordering/invoicing is very easy and user friendly, with different levels of payment options available it is an incredibly useful site

Very bad for brands. In 2023 you still can't sync the quantities with Shopify , the intranet is always faulty and won't save product updates, makes paying custom duties for retailers a nightmare and it's overall buggy. Their execs only care about bringing new retailers onboard ignoring completey the brand owners that simply don't want to put up with this buggy software and are moving to other platforms .

Very easy to use, communication is great. Love the website, it gives you an opportunity to try different brands without having to place big orders.

You can only really judge a company when something goes wrong and how they deal with it..
Sadly Ankorstore couldn't really careless when things go wrong.. Only possible contact is email or online form, they are not interested in speaking to you to sort any issues..
I would suggest that if they want better ratings they sort out their customer service and aftercare..

This company is a joke, I signed up with the promise of £150 off my first order. Tried to place multiple orders only for them to email me saying I must be a business as this is a wholesale website?

My email, web address & companies house registration number was all shared with them.

Now it’s impossible to unsubscribe from their incessant mailing lists telling me I can order with £150 off because the “link” on the email to unsubscribe doesn’t even exist.

If you’re looking for an all around wholesaler if you’re a lifestyle brand use Faire because this company is a joke…

I have been selling through Ankorstore for 18 months now and I'm very happy with how they have supported me and helped me to grow my business. I have a dedicated Brand Manager who I feel is always happy to help if I experience any difficulties. Issues have mainly arisen due to the complications of shipping from the UK to the EU since Brexit but they have dealt with everything promptly and helpfully. They are continuously open to feedback as they work to improve, which I think is a really good quality.

Ankorstore is the worse organisation ever we work up to now.

Their onboarding process is nightmare. We couldn't onboard our fashion brand over a year period. Their employees are frequently changing. They kept losing the information that we shared before.

Their platform itself is copy & paste of others. Nothing is working.

Overall, it was waste of time. We decided not to onboard our brand since they can not our representative in front of our customers.
