While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Company guilty of harassment & coercion

Anlit.com is owned and operated by Juan M. Pulido.

Juan M. Pulido also owns and operates AltoState LLC.

AltoState LLC, an Alaska based real estate company, has gone full Tony Soprano after Las Vegas-based tenant Jason Ray made it clear that all communications between himself and them were to be documented using text or email only.

Rather than comply with Mr. Ray’s legally permissible request to avoid undocumented communications, specifically phone calls, AltoState LLC continued to pressure Mr. Ray to engage on the phone.

On September 4, 2025, AltoState LLC partner Juan Pulido texted Mr. Ray the following unlawful threat, "Jason…give me a call when you get this message…or I will need to ask you to move out.”

After Mr. Ray reiterated that all communications must be documented using text or email only, Mr. Pulido again unlawfully threatened Mr. Ray, “"You are…unwilling to communicate the way I prefer, that…makes it so that I don’t want to continue our month to month rent arrangement.”

When Mr. Ray continued to refuse to speak with Mr. Pulido on the phone, Mr. Pulido then informed Mr. Ray that he was being evicted, "I don't want to renew our (month to month) agreement and you should find alternative living arrangements."

In Nevada, it is unlawful to coerce an individual to perform an act against their will when such action is neither legally mandated nor contractually obligated. It is clear from the texts sent to Mr. Ray by Mr. Pulido on 9/4/25 that AltoState LLC has acted contrary to Nevada law when threatening to evict him for not speaking on the phone.
