AVOID - Worst customer service I’ve experienced and my table was broken due to their lack of care. I very rarely review a company but feel compelled to after my experience with Anna Unwin. I bought a granite dining table which cost £1600. On the first attempted delivery the table was damaged before it arrived so was sent back to AU. It then took a lot of emails to get even the smallest of updates, they never sent details of the damage and despite me asking for a phone number so I could speak to someone, Hannah simply ignored that request. What little information I did get was always slow, minimal and only covered half of what I asked. After several weeks, the table was finally redelivered after what looks like a pretty rushed repair job. When the table was redelivered, I discovered it was completely unprotected and simply thrown on a dirty delivery trolley. The table top was also separate to the pedestal and included no information about how I fix them together despite me subsequently emailing and asking. Hannah did acknowledge how terrible the customer service had been (but reading these other reviews it’s sounds like it’s their standard service), so offered to refund my delivery costs and send a ‘gift’ as an apology. I collected that ‘gift’ today, three lumps of marble on a rope, wft, I honestly couldn’t believe they could be any worse, how wrong I was! There are plenty of alternative suppliers to Anna Unwin so I’d avoid if at all possible, I don’t understand why they sell furniture if they don’t care about their customers, from their social media it looks like interiors in Ibiza is what they really want to spend time on which is fine, just stop selling furniture then!

Buyer beware

Very poor customer service experience. Dining table broke and chairs arrived looking very scratched compared to the photographs. Beautiful selection of items but I wouldn’t risk purchasing again based on this experience.

Poor Customer Service

A stone tabletop was delivered by AU’s delivery person (who does stone deliveries regularly). They did not place the stone upright and the tabletop was laid flat. It subsequently cracked in the middle due to this and we received minimal support from AU. Multiple were unanswered and there’s no way to call or speak to the vendor. A disappointing experience.

Missing order and no reply, it's been 5 weeks

I bought an item from the interior brand Anna Unwin and after 5 WEEKS I still have not received it. Evri says it was delivered to me two weeks ago but it wasn't. I have tried to get in touch with Anna Unwin multiple times via email and IG for the past 3 WEEKS. Evri cannot help unless the shop files an inquiry.

After 3 weeks someone replied to my DM promising to get back to me, but that was TWO WEEKS AGO. They continue to post on social media multiple times a day despite my comments asking for a response.

AWFUL/non existent customer service. I'd like my money back and the product I bought to be retrieved.
