Empathetic support in finding a more fulfilling position

Being unhappy in my position I came to Annette for support in figuring out how to obtain a more fitting position with better conditions and more prospects to advance. With a background in scientific research I was struggling to translate my skills into industry and to have confidence that I should be striving for more. With warmth and an empathetic attitude Annette helped me identify many skills I already have that translate directly into corporate working environments and gave me the confidence to apply for positions I would never have considered myself a fit for previously. With her guidance I was able to align my passions with my skills and secure a new job with better conditions and prospects for advancement.
