Great customer service at a good level. Knowledgeable team and good to chat about our requirements rather than be told what we need.

We returned to Annetts having had excellent service 20 years beforehand when we’d bought our old sofas. We were not disappointed this time when we were looking for new, replacement ones.
Wanting to choose two Ercol sofas, we needed to decide which range best suited our requirements and was most comfortable. Throughout, Gareth was knowledgable, friendly and patient as we took our time deciding - three visits in total - and during the ordering process. He listened to our requirements, gave us useful, relevant information.
Furthermore, pricing was very competitive as our internet searches confirmed.
Between placing our order and the delivery, Gareth kept us fully informed.
The delivery process was also painless, as already reviewed, but there was a fault with the construction of one sofa. Again the service from Annetts was everything you’d hope for as they liaised efficiently with Ercol to organise a replacement, communicating fully with us about Ercol’s responses and about delivery.
Despite our initial disappointment that there was a problem with the manufacturing (not the fault of the store) we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Annetts who have provided first rate service at every stage of this furniture experience.

Excellent customer service as usual. Damian our salesman very professional and helpful. Delivery of King size bed went very smoothly. The 2 regular members of staff negotiated stairs easily, set up bed and took away all rubbish. All staff very friendly. Would highly recommend Annetts

Excellent service.
We purchased a reclining chair from Annetts and the service from Damien was top notch from start to finish.
We travelled nearly 2 hours to the store, having called ahead to see if the chair we were interested in was in store. Damien greeted us and showed us the available chairs, then left us to our research. He was attentive without us feeling hassled, gave us time and space to make our decision but was there for any questions we had. He discussed different leather options and listened to what we wanted.
A really great experience.

Excellent experience. Our salesperson Harry did a great job. Answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly - when asked - but didn't 'push' and left us to explore and ponder until we needed him.

Scott was very helpful when we was checking measurements. He went through everything with us. We had a couple of days to measure at home and think about colour etc.

We have bought a number of beds now from Annetts. We’ve dealt with Scott each time and he’s been extremely helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble, he doesn’t pressurise you but assists you to arrive at the right decision for you.
The delivery teams we’ve experienced have been second to none. Absolutely outstanding in care, friendliness and great advice about the product they’re delivering.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending purchasing furniture from this company.

We been customers of Annettes since they had a shop below the old bridge in Hereford. We always been very happy with the service & quality of the furniture etc.
Gareth sold us a reclining chair in 2017 and we were pleased to find he was still there. It illustrates that it is a good company the problem is since they got great furniture etc we hardly ever leave without buying something. 5 stars

We recently purchased a mattress. Staff were very knowledgeable (and patient!), and helped us to make sure that we chose the right one. We have purchased items from Annetts previously, and will definitely do so again.

We recently purchased two sofas from Annetts in Hereford. We chose Annetts because they are an independent company, and my brother recommended them, having previously bought from their sister company, Stokers in Southport. We had excellent service from Scott who kept us updated on progress. The sofas were delivered earlier than the original estimated date. We were also very impressed with the delivery team, Dan and Clive, who took great care and explained everything about insurance and guarantees. We were very pleased to get free delivery. We are very happy with the sofas and with the overall service from Annetts.

My partner and I came in to look at beds and ended up purchasing a lovely bed frame. Gareth was very helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us in any way. We were left alone to look in peace, but he checked in on us at the right time. We'll definitely be back. Very nice furniture and friendly atmosphere.

I don't normally write many reviews, but Annetts Furniture really is an excellent company. Lovely showroom very friendly and professional, we purchased a suite and also a bed Scott was extremely helpful and guided us through all the options. Delivery guys did a great job as well so would highly recommend Annetts for quality and customer service
