This was our first visit to the Hereford branch of Annetts. We were looking for a small 2-seater sofa and they had an excellent selection. Rob came to assist us and was extremely helpful, but never overbearing. He listened to what we wanted, showed us where to go to find it and hunted down swatch books as we needed then; but importantly he let us get on with our own business. When we made the decision on what to buy he dealt with the formalities efficiently and professionally. We will certain keep this business in mind when we next need any furnishings.

Bought a sofa from them last April. They were excellent! It can be daunting going into these large stores, when you are about to spend a lot of money but are worried about being 'hounded' by sales staff. Not at Annetts, they are on hand if you need them but allow you all the times to have a good ponder. Very helpful asking questions and its a nice and relaxed way to complete your order sitting on the sofa you are about to buy. Exactly the same excellent service when it came to delivery. Friendly and efficient deliver staff who knew everything about the product, it felt really joined up. If you are thinking about making a special purchase for your home, go to Annetts Hereford.

Annetts sell a great range of quality furniture. The sales team are friendly and not pushy, and the delivery guys were great and couldn't do enough for us. Recommended

From entering the Store for the first time, we were made to feel welcome. Great friendly and informative service but at no stage made to feel rushed or pressurised (the perfect service)
From ordering on the day with Damian who was so friendly and knowledgeable, to then the updates and information shared ahead of the delivery were engaging, timely and precise.

This is our third purchase from Annette's, having previously had 2 sofas and a king sized bed. This time we bought a lovely double bed for a spare room and we couldn't be happier. Rob Harris the sales man, was extremely helpful with the choice and along with the rest of the team at Annette's, kept us informed on the delivery,which was within 3 weeks from ordering.
The delivery went seamlessly and the 2 men who delivered the bed were excellent and friendly. They took the old bed away and assembled the new one.
We never look anywhere else now when we need new furniture as the price, quality and service are very hard to beat.

Gareth who served us with our first purchase of a new sofa was on hand again to offer his excellent advice on purchasing a new mattress. We couldn’t rate Annette’s anything but five star service from purchase to delivery everyone we’ve dealt with have been friendly,polite and professional. Outstanding!

I moved to a new home in Hereford in 2022, and was recommended to visit Annette’s for the new furniture I needed.
I have since furnished my master bedroom, sitting room, dining room, hallway, and last week, I visited to look at furniture for my second bedroom. I met Barrie (who I bought my first item from) and is a long serving member of the sales team.
Every person I have met, from the sales team to the delivery team, is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is never any pressure to purchase, and I have often popped in to the beautiful showroom just to browse. There are no price gimmicks, and there is a wide range of beautiful furniture to suit every taste. I also love the ‘This one only’ offers, where an ex display item is offered at a knock down price.
I never waste time going anywhere else!

We bought a sofa and arm chair in October 2024. The help and guidance from Gareth was excellent and the overall service first class.

We visited Annetts because we are moving house and wanted to have new furniture. We found some lovely stuff and all of it quality made. We met Rob Harris in the store in his role as a salesperson, he was lovely not pushy at all nothing was to much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted at the right price (28 emails from me) he has been very accommodating throughout, we wanted everything to be right he helped us achieve this, also offering to store our new stuff for us should it be ready before we move into our new house.

Annetts offers a wide range of furnishings, invitingly displayed and enjoyable to explore. Staff are unobtrusive, giving help and guidance when needed so I never feel under pressure. We’ve always valued the excellent customer service which continues after goods are delivered.

Annettes for some years, and have just purchased another settee from them, as always the staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the shop is lovely to walk around, with plenty of space. We don't bother looking elsewhere, because we know we will get quality at the right price.

We recently ordered a sofa from Annetts which is due to be delivered early February. From firstly walking through the door we had a warm welcome. We were approached by the lovely Harry who has dealt with our purchase. Harry was efficient and very knowledgeable. Harry has kept us up to date with our order and we look forward to receiving this in the coming weeks. You are a credit to the company Harry, top friendly service.
