Not my first trip, but a memorable one

First thing in the morning, they were late. I waited outside of the pick up point and there was no notification, as I requested for a text message to alert me of my pick up. So I waited 10 minutes. No response on phone, so I called a local company. They arrived in less than 2mins.
Whilst on the way to work. I received the text notifications (06.46am) I had a WhatsApp conversation with the company, Annex Luxury Travel, as there was confusion.
I emailed and rang Taxicode several times to confirm that I had a return journey home & that my booking was still active. No response, all day.
I reached out to the Annex Luxury Travel, via the WhatsApp number and they kindly sent the taxi to take me home. I will continue to raise the issue with Taxicode, but the services from Annex Luxury Travel, on the way home (From the Reassurance from the company, the communication of the driver that is on the way & checking that I had found the driver) was outstanding.
