Great customer service - I emailed directly to see could the layout of engraving be changed and they responded so quickly and were really helpful and informative. Even rushed the order for me as it was a gift on tight time frame.

Ordering process very easy, uploading photo of handwriting was straightforward and simple. Received a preview very quickly and then my item was ready and shipped promptly. Item arrived beautifully packaged. As for my handwriting necklace, it was more than I hoped for. It is such a special piece, the chain is a lovely length and quality is excellent.
