I actually used this company because of the reviews on this site and I am disappointed, more at myself than them, their consignment is not easy and they keep a lot of your $$...and you do wait a while for your $$..communication is poor, I have to keep emailing about my $$$ after they've received theirs already, I hate I am STILL dealing with this, I wish I never used this company!!!!!

Our team typically responds to emails within 24 hours (and often sooner). The main times we reach out are for pricing approvals, so you have a say in how your items are positioned, and for payment verification when an item sells. That said, we understand some consignors prefer a more hands-off experience, and we’re always happy to streamline communication or skip one or both of those steps based on your preference. We are also to provide updates on your consignments when asked.
Regarding payment timing, all qualified items are paid twice monthly, on the 10th and 25th. Depending on when an item sells, and whether it’s part of a layaway, this can sometimes create the impression of a delay. Layaway is an important part of our business, but it can extend the time to final payment.
We also want to clarify how our commission structure works, as it’s designed to reward higher-value sales. For items that sell for more than $1000, we use a sliding scale:
85% on the portion of the final sale price above $3000
75% on the portion of the final sale price between $1000 and $3000
67.5% on the portion of the final sale price up to $1000
As item values increase, our percentage decreases, so the consignor benefits more from higher-priced sales.
We understand that consignment isn’t the right fit for everyone, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

Ann’s has been great and I will purchase again
I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag for my wife. It was described very well and had many pictures. The surprising part of the description was, it was labeled as “Good Condition”. When I received it, it looked very good! My wife who is a little bit of a LV snob, thought it was new. Ann’s was very quick to respond to emails and shipping was very fast! I was concerned about some of the negative forums out there, but I can say, I have been very happy with Ann’s and will purchase from in the future again!
