Very happy with my experience shopping at AFF!
I received my ordered item well packaged and on time. I especially loved the personal thank note included with my item. It was a special PLUS touch that I didn’t expect but was very touched by. Going that extra step is a clever way to make the purchase personal. It was my first experience but it won’t be the last.
In an era where everything is automated and impersonal, shopping at Ann’s Fabulous Finds is a treat in more ways than one!

Love My Fab Find!
I am so happy that I stumbled upon the Ann’s Fabulous Finds website! From the get-go I experienced excellent communication and customer service. My new bag was packed very carefully and immediately shipped to me via FedEx with a direct signature requirement, which I appreciated. Authentication documentation was stashed safely in a pocket. Delightful Experience
I've been purchasing from Ann's for a couple of years but only small ticket items. This was the first time I purchased an investment piece and I must say it was over the moon. The purchase I made on layaway
The purchase I made on layaway . All was good i would give 5 stars but they need payment method improvement . They have variety of payments for regular purchases. But for layaway they have only PayPal. The item I purchased was shipped fast. Beautiful as described .

I absolutely love this site and all of their high end products! They are so awesome and kind. I am able to achieve ownership of fabulous designer bags due to their layaway program. I had some financial challenges and they were so accommodating to ensure I was still able to get my purchase. The items are in perfect condition.
