Great company , really happy with my product really high quality and the lifetime warranty is an amazing feature that I’ve never seen before

I'm writing this review as a warning to others.

Their products are drop-shipped from Ali Express. You can buy direct from Ali Express at a fraction of the cost that Anode Global charge.

Their website is extremely vague, by design it seems, when detailing return information and you only get to learn how the process works when you email the email address they include under the returns page.

I was told to return the package to an address in California. The package was originally shipped from China to my address in the UK so to expect me to return it to California tracked/signed would be so expensive that it wouldn't have been worth it as it would have left very little difference from the £24 refund I was requesting. I could be forgiven for assuming that this is by design to put people off returning items.

Eventually I involved citizens advice and Trading Standards who assisted me in authoring a formal letter.

I was able to do this as my payment to Anode Global went into a personal bank account, not a business account, of the seller who's a British citizen with the account based in the UK.

There are no phone numbers or addresses on their website, or anywhere else, which is very telling of their operation, but during our email conversations they gave me WhatsApp support line at 07915 643870. This may be helpful to others searching for contact information.

Today I received an email refund notification that will take up to 10 days. Unsure why it takes so long in this day and age.

Whilst drop-shipping isn't illegal, it's unethical and very much hidden by people that operate in this way for obvious reasons as they have no responsibilities for stock or staff and sell items far above the price that is available to Joe public direct from Ali Express and it's often referred as a "get rich quick" scheme.
