A month later no products or refund - avoid!

Placed an order on the 1st August. It is now the 23rd and I do not have the items or a refund. I got in touch with them a week ago and they told me they had am unexpected shipping delay, but didn't make customers aware of that. I asked for a refund which they state they processed but didn't, so I asked again and they said they'd get in touch with their refund team. Haven't heard anything since so have had to open a case via PayPal.

Please be careful when ordering with this company

I placed an order with this company (over £150). The goods were never dispatched and despite numerous emails to them (and numerous replies promising to issue me a refund) AV have still failed to refund my money (after taking it over 6 weeks ago). So frustrating and I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Really disappointed with this company

Really disappointed with this company. Their clothing looks great on Instagram (advertised by Pheebslfashion), I was really excited to receive my order when I placed it. I can’t comment on the quality or the fit of the clothes as unfortunately I never received my order. I placed an order on the 26th of June (over £200s worth). Upon ordering it did state that it may take up to 10 days for dispatch but I was okay with this. 12th of July I still had no dispatch confirmation, so I enquired to see where the order was. I was told my order was still getting ready at the warehouse. I chased again on the 17th of July - I was then told “ We are experiencing a delay with our shipping partner for our stock including the effortless summer collection; however this is due to arrive on the 20th of July and your order will be dispatched shortly after”. Which is disappointing as this was never communicated to me until I reached out. On the 22nd July I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund as no goods had been received and no confirmation of dispatch either. This was acknowledged the same day and I was told I would get a refund. I had to chase this again on the 26th of July as no refund had been received. Finally, my refund was received on the 1st of August however the service has just been shocking. I have to credit the customer service as they did always respond and give me an answer.

Total scam of a company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Total scam of a company.
Ordered items that were due to be shipped 3 days after order, 3 weeks later and not one update!
I messaged to ask about these and they still hadn’t been despatched - so cancelled my order.
One week later and my order has been “cancelled” but no money in my account.
This company has taken roughly £100 from me without providing any goods or giving me my money back.
Reporting to trading standards as this is absolutely shocking.

Poor quality and online conditions

Tracksuit quality is very poor. It doesn’t look like the photos at all. I got delayed submitting my return request by one day due to personal problems so my refund got denied. I would’ve probably paid 1/3 of the price to post it as there is no free returns.

I wanted to order with AV again. However, I won’t do this for sure. Worst online experience I’ve had. Terrible conditions and services. Shame you’re not flexible and you don’t have the customer in mind.

I REALLY wanted to love them because of…

I REALLY wanted to love them because of how cute their clothes look online. But would not ever order from them going forward, quality was not as expected & have emailed them three separate times requesting a status update on a refund owed to me from a hoodie I shipped back over a month ago (at my own expense.)

Such low quality

Such low quality. Their marketing on instagram is great but in real life they look and feel cheap. Definitely not worth the price tag of £85 for a tracksuit set...
unfortunately I will need to return these and pay for postage.

Really bad experience with customer…

Really bad experience with customer service, my item arrived to late. I’ve order my tracksuit on Sunday and didn’t recived it with 5 working day like website is saying. I get my parcel on next Monday. I wanted to return this but none is responding for my messages. I bought the item on sale so it’s says that I can’t return, so I’ve asked already 5 times how I can do it a none come back to me yet.
First message with the question was sent on 13 July..today we have 2nd of August and no answer at all.
Very poor service and bad experience…

I am absolutely in love with AV

I am absolutely in love with AV. I live for the leggings, they suck everything in and the waist bands are amazing they don’t roll down. I have quite a few pieces now and I’m so in love with the quality the fit and the sizing! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely awful experience with this…

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I ordered a tracksuit, received it no problem, tried it on and the trousers were too short so decided I would return this, as I packed it away I noticed a black mark on the trousers but didn’t do anything about this as I wasn’t wanting to keep the tracksuit, sent it back and am now being told I am not getting a refund as the trousers are unsaleable. This mark was 100% on them when they were sent to me but I am being penalised as they have not checked them when they have been previously sent or returned to them. This is a small company with no customer service department to even speak to and no one happy to help. Do not waste your time or money on these products or you could end up out of pocket like me!

I'm really impressed with the joggers…

I'm really impressed with the joggers and hoodie I bought from AV - the quality and colour is great (soft, quality fabric and the colour is better in real life than on screen). The fit is true to size (I messaged ahead of ordering to ask and received a reply containing good advice on sizing). I needed to email the team to ask about my order and they dealt with me quickly and efficiently. I shall continue to buy from Another Version as my experience has been a very good one!

Terrible

Terrible. Clothes looked nothing like the clothes shown in the photos. Had to ask for a confirmation email as one was never sent. Took over 15 days to be sent half of my order. Still waiting on the other half. And they made me pay for a tracked return (£11) and will not be refunding me for postage.
