I placed an order for some outdoor furniture and was surprised and very pleased to get an immediate call regarding my requested delivery date. They wanted to make sure that i would be okay with getting the order 2 or 3 days later than i had requested. Andre was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

For the first time calling and not knowing anything about the DOGIPOT bags or process of ordering them. I was able to get the right information for the DOGIPOT receptacle I was ordering for.

Shipping was fast and ordering was very easy prices were also hard to beat

Ordering was simple. Account Representative was very helpful. Delivery was on time and the driver called prior to arrival. Additional site furnishing have been ordered based on initial order.

I had a problem with damaged product (my fault - not Upbeat company) which involved ordering replacement parts. I called customer service with my problem, talked to Shirley Knox. She was very professional and very concerned with my situation. She took care of the problem and we are getting it all taken care of.

The website was very easy to maneuver through and the selection of trash cans we were looking for gave a good selection of price, quality and construction. Andre was very responsive with my questions regarding, size, pricing, shipping etc.
