From the outset Justin was very diligent, detailed and clear in preparing the initial quote which I found to be reasonable and competitive, once the booking was confirmed he maintained contact and on the day of the move the removal team kept me informed as to where they were whilst driving to me, they were right on time, really polite, really efficient and took great care to organise everything and pack and wrap carefully, this care and attention was also evident at the destination which after a 3 hr drive was quite impressive, no sign of exhaustion and their standards were maintained. I would not hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Robin was extremely helpful with getting the logistics in motion and the two removal guys were absolutely brilliant.

Incredible packing skills, very careful, well priced, went the extra mile with taking care using their own materials (blankets etc in van) and worked very quickly.

Not a bad word to say. We will 100% be recommending to family and friends and will be using them again ourselves.

Excellent service from the removal men, Ediee and Nick. Also the sales manager Robin was very professional when I spoke to him on the phone. Safe transport of all of my goods, turned up on time, carried a huge amount of stuff back and forth. Definitely recommend.

Just want to thank David and your team for a great job! The 2 gentlemen who removed and delivered our things were really good, friendly and efficient! David was extremely professional and very accommodating. Especially as our property sale was delayed 10 weeks after we had already paid A&Q a deposit, we called up 2 months later and he fit us in within 48hrs notice. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Beware, use this company at your own peril. Invoiced for 3 men only 2 turned up, one of whom was completely useless. 3rd one turned up at destination after I complained (he just sat in the van playing with his phone). Damaged, broke several items informed "David" twice by e-mails no response asking for insurance details. Now going down the route of a formal letter.

I was looking around comparing movers and packers, it when I came across AnQ Movers. I spoke to David via WhatsApp and call who quoted me prices for my home move. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we can and cannot do. Regarding how many boxes we will need, arranging transport etc. Everything was transparent and no hidden additional charges.

On the day of the move the 3 staff who carried out the jobs, were very fast and efficient. They disconnected and reconnected dishwasher, washing machine, dismounted frames, tv, which other competitors did not do or required plumber etc to do. They were not fussy no matter how big or small the tasks were. They also manage to accommodate additional boxes without any extra cost. Highly recommend the whole team at AnQ did a good wonderful job. Thank you 😊

We used AnQ movers to move the majority of our belongings from London to Scotland. AnQ supported and advised me with the preparation and I was kept informed of the arrival of the removal van. Shirley was helpful and reassuring when i was getting stressed about being ready. Hussain and Mohammed were polite and respectful of the items , ensuring they were not damaged. They worked non stop to get the work done in London.
In Scotland my husband was there for the arrival. They kept him informed of their arrival time.
At the Scotland address they were again polite and respectful and as my husband said 'worked with a smile on their face' . They worked non stop in the rain ..to offload the van and checked nothing was forgotten.
I have no complaints.

I found very professional people working in this company. I needed a quick and detailed offer, they were the only one who knew how to give it to me in such a short time. I was afraid that there could be setbacks during the day of the moving and instead everything went smoothly. Thank you to everyone for making that day easy and especially thank you to Shirley who were alway ready to answer to all my questions.
