SHOCKING 39 items broken

The worst removals experience possible - in spite of their online promise to 'Take the stress out of moving home'!

39 items of china and glass smashed and destroyed due to inadequate, unprofessional packing. Just about every piece irreplaceable.

Insufficient transportation provided in spite of detailed, video survey by their own 'move manager' which meant last minute search and wait time for a 3rd van on the move day. Just imagine the stress. I had to store a room full of my house contents in my neighbours garden!

Worst of all, a slow, dismissive and disrespectful complaints procedure that as yet has not offered any compensation.

This removals company is not to be confused, as I did, with others of a very similar name. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
