Bought my first car from Ansloos!
Bought my first car from Ansloos over the weekend, as a nervous driver Andy made the whole ordeal chill and fun. Was able to ask any questions I had, and was able to drive home today with my lovely Hyundai i10 😁 definitely recommend them! Service was amazing and the staff were so friendly, even offered to pick me up from work on the day I was going to pick up my car! Had a few scared with finance but otherwise can’t fault them!

Got a great deal on a lovely Kia Rio in great condition. When I came to collect the car I got fantastic service from Andy who showed us around the car, sorted all the paperwork out and got us on our way! Will absolutely come back when I get my next car.

i wouldnt normally buy a car without looking at it first but dealing with sam via facebook messenger filled me with confidence and the car is exactly how sam described it thanks for the awesome service
I recently purchased a Range Rover…
I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Ansloos Motors. Dealt mainly during the purchase with Daniel, cannot fault him.
Unfortunately 10 days after the sale there where serious issues with the Range Rover.
I immediately contacted Daniel. I later had an email from Sam expressing his shock and concern. When these issues where pointed out to Sam, he offered me a full refund.
This all happened prior to the Bank holiday weekend. I returned the vehicle on the Tuesday morning as arranged with Sam. The refund was in my bank before midday Wednesday. Throughout this entire unfortunate situation Sam was most professional and courteous.
Buying a Range Rover Evogue
I thought I would wait a few weeks after buying the the car to be able to give an honest review of both car and experience.
Firstly the experience was outstanding, I saw the car online and messaged sam about it and brought it there and then. No matter what time of day I messaged him about the car he would be very fast to respond. Then when I travelled up to collect the car he was more interested about how much I was going to enjoy owning and driving it than trying to sell the car as fast as possible. He went through everything about the car and its history, Even serviced and MOT'd the car for me so it was availableto drive away on the day that we agreed on. Then as I was leaving he said that he would put fuel in the car for me, Free of charge. I can't fault the experience I had over the phone or in person.
Now for the car, I have had it nearly 4 weeks now and I have drove nearly 2,000 miles in it already. I have had no issues with the car it has been a dream to drive as Sam said it would be. I would definitely recommend or use again after having such a good and honest time where the people are more interested in you and your time of owning the car then getting a sale done.

Reliable, good for every pocket
Ask for Sam, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff.
I got a good deal on a car I wanted. Had it for 2 weeks only but very reliable. The car is missing the back wiper and Sam made an appointment to have it fixed without any charge from my side, even put diesel in it as I had some petrol left on my old car. I am a full time student and they still managed to find a good finance deal for me. Went there with my toddler which is very curious and Sam made him feel like home, was not bothered at all that he was checking every drawer, and it did matter to me! Great company!
Great from start to finish
Really great experience with Ansloos, Sam was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I've had my BMW 1 series for 2 weeks now and the car is running great. It was a relaxed buying process, in which I never felt pressured.
Would recommend to anyone in search of a car!
Amazing Service Buying M4
Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. I brought Sam's M4 and cant be happier with the car. No shock on arrival the car was described exactly as it was when I arrived. I drove 3 1/2 hours to view the car. The sale of the car went smoothly and didn't feel pressured like half the car sales garages these days. Honestly couldn't recommend Ansloos Motors enough for the service and value & communication.
We ran into an issue with the car on the way home which was a sensor totally out of Sam control but without batting and eyelid we got the car into the garage and sam straight away paid the bill for a replacement sensor.
Top bloke, Amazing garage and I will return in the future!!
great friendly service
i bought a Land Rover Freelander from the Wrexham branch the first week of June, on the 2nd day of having the vehicle i noticed the hand break was not holding and when i opened the bonnet it would not stay up as the struts were worn out. I called Sam and he put me in touch with Andy and explained the matters with him, i took the car back and 3 days later it was repaired with new struts and new breaks all round and at Sams expense. they were fantastic and very helpful and i would recomend them to anyone and would certainly buy from them again. Thanks guys, oh and the car drives like a dream
Great business
Great business, very helpful and professional. Sam couldn't do enough for me, highly recommend.
Happy Customers
Visited Ansloos car sales dealership in Wrexham on the very 1st day of opening, early March. We were looking for a 1st car for my daughter whose learning to drive. Both Sam and Marcus were present. There was no pressure, all very relaxed. Took the car, an Audi A3, out for a good test run with a friend of ours whose really good with cars and as we were all happy with the car, my daughter bought it. As it was the 1st day of opening we got a 2 year warranty thrown in. Fantastic. Yes the cars not 100% perfect, theres a small bump on the back bumper, a few chips in the paintwork, theres a few stains on the seats (needs a good deep clean I'm assuming) all things that are generally sorted out when you decide to purchase a second hand car, well that's the experience me and my husband have had in the past, but having said this we bought the car knowing these 'ailments' and were still happy to go ahead. The battery in the key fob was replaced before we picked the car up a few days later. The cars MOT ran out at the beginning of April, we took the car back for this to be done and were offered a courtesy car but declined as it wasnt needed. The back window wiper wasnt working we discovered after purchase, the car was returned and the problem rectified at no cost to us. Even though I know we've only had the car a month anything major all seems well with it. My daughter is delighted with her 1st car.
I only ever found Marcus and Sam to be courteous, polite, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them whilst buying the car and after the sale. They made the whole experience a pleasure. I would definately recommend Ansloos. Wishing them all the best in their new Wrexham dealership.

No heating and rust to Corsa purchased
Recently bought a 1.4 Corsa from Ansloos Motors. We were based quite a distance from the car location so we paid a couple hundred pounds to get it delivered. The payment process over the phone was easy and it was delivered next day. This was sorted by Martin.
Unfortunately, on arrival, I noticed some faults which I was not made aware of when purchasing.
There is a very noticeable crack to the exterior, back bumper beneath boot lid.
The heater does not work. The blower motor for the heater had completed burned out and needed replacing.
Mirror on sun visor missing on both passenger side and drivers. One of these was found in the glove box but broken.
The radio does not work. Ariel missing from the top of the car.
Central locking on key cannot be used because the battery needs replacing (Driver made me aware of this one which I appreciated)
Hand brake is quite loose and needs tightening.
I contacted Ansloos, after the car was delivered and spoke to Sam. Sam was fairly reasonable and agreed to send over money towards the cost of repair and replacing some of these parts which we appreciated. However, after leaving our car with the mechanic for a full check over to get these problems sorted, we were told there were the following faults:
Oil leaking- We have now found out this is because the head gasket is on it’s way out and need replacing.
Left headlight sits too high. We kept getting flashed on the road. This has now been adjusted by our mechanic.
1 bulb was fused and that was replaced too.
Rust underneath the bonnet and underneath the car.
Although the process with Ansloos was smooth and both Sam and Martin were friendly and easy to communicate with. The condition of the car was disappointing and the amount of repairs needed is not worth what we paid for the car. Maybe we got unlucky with the car purchased but the team at Ansloos did try to help.
****Update****
2 months and 21 days later. We have a car that broke down on us whilst on the way to picking up our young children. We had to be towed back by RAC. The car was definitely sold faulty. I'm just glad it didn't break down whilst our children were in the car.
We have contacted Ansloos Motors to give them a chance to put this right.

AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM HERE!!
Not really sure if I bought my car from the same place as the rest of the reviews as they all say the opposite of what I experienced.
Sam was, I have to say, a nice chap and not a hard pushy salesman so I'll give him that. I thought it a bit odd that I met him to look at the car rather than view it at a showroom or sales lot but the car was there and all looked nice and shiny. I pointed out a few things I wanted sorting before I agreed to buy the car and he assured me that he would get them seen to.
Over the next three, almost four, weeks I tried phoning him many times, always unsuccessfully, so resorted to texting him. He responded to that but it could be a day or so before I had a reply. I had the impression he was being strung along by his mechanic who told him he was waiting for parts all the time. Then it turned out he had to replace the turbo. Fair enough if he had to but it was yet another delay.
When I finally got the car I was more relieved than pleased. Of the three things on my original snagging list, only one had been seen to, and that was after four weeks. From the outset there have been problems, some smaller than others but when you buy a new car you don't expect to be fixing things straight away.
A number plate bulb was out. This was pointed out by Sam's business partner, who in fact is his dad, when he dropped the car off for me. Within a day the tyre pressure sensor had come on as I was losing air from one of my tyres. A week of trips to the air line at various petrol stations I got the chance to go to a tyre shop to get it sorted. It was then that I discovered I didn't have a locking wheel nut. I tried phoning Sam again to hear that the number was no longer in service. I took the car to my own mechanic friend who found the locking wheel nut, or the remains of it, welded to the bolt on the wheel. As the car needed an MOT (yep, Sam supplied it with barely a month's MOT) my mechanic did the test, discovering in the process the brakes really needed replacing. So, after the MOT it went back in to get the wheel nuts drilled out and replaced and the front brake discs and pads all round replaced. £250 down. Then I had to get the tyre issue sorted, another £40.
Next on the list was the battery in the key fob. Only a small thing I know but it felt like another straw on the camels back. Now, to top it all off, on a trip back home yesterday, I had two engine management warnings come up. I made it home but it means another trip to the garage.
All in all, I've had the car two months and it's already turning into, maybe not the biggest regret of my life, but certainly a major headache.
Turned a bad into an awesome experience
My experience at first wasn’t great, the car I bought turned out to have a bad history which the dealer wasn’t aware of. Sam managed to get me out of that car, offered a replacement vehicle, literally went out of his way to collect the replacement and deliver to me. I ended up with an even better car that originally wanted and no nasty surprises this time.
Sam is great, quick to respond, nothing is too much of an ask.
You should buy from this dealership and if they have the right car for me in the future, I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat.
bought a renault trafic cracking motor
