NOT Concerned With the Customer

10% charge for canceling an ONLINE order the day after I had placed it--and TWO DAYS before the order was to have been delivered. They're all about making the sale. Good luck getting in touch with a human being for after-sale support. I will never buy from them again

Delivered the wrong item. 8gb instead of 16gb laptop. Lied about delivery time. Unresponsive to customer "care". Do not buy from these people.

Update. After a week they admitted their mistake. A week of arguing. Then wanted a return which they may or may not refund depending on their opinion. So warning to all all, steer clear of these scammers.

Failed to deliver my package

Failed to deliver my package. Refuses to let anyone else accept the package and then they charge you for every reattempt. If you try to cancel you get a 10% "admin" charge on your order and they take 4 weeks to refund.

Failed to deliver - Hopeless Company

Communication about the non-delivery extreemely poor and meaningless - a 'standard' email asking for kindness. What they really meant "was we have your money, you can just wait"
I won't purchase from Ansons again.

Worst customer service after buying from Anson

I recently bought an 65 inch LG Oled G4 online with order number 516356. I was given a delivery ery date and time which was Saturday May 3, 2025 between 9am to 12nn. I also chose with wall mount installation and to contact my sister-in-law with the number given with the order. Unfortunately on the day of delivery, someone from Anson texted us in the morning that delivery was on the way. My sister‐in-law and my brother waited all day. No words or update from Anson or its delivery guys that delivery ery would be late. The salesperson (1415 ‐ Leyba, Maria Eliza) who process my order never care to give us any update of our order delivery. All the numbers listed at Anson online store and even the numbers given to us by the delivery guys were all unattended. To this date, Anson representative or this Leyba never updated us with regards to the wall installation of my LG G4. I even emailed customer support and yet no words from them. This is unacceptable and very u professional on the part of Anson Appliances.

Very bad shopping experience.

I purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, and water heater on May 31, 2024, with a scheduled delivery to my home on June 1st. I was informed at the time that the delivery window was between 10 AM and 5 PM. On June 1st, I confirmed the specific delivery time with the staff, so I went to my new house to wait well in advance. The staff informed me that they would arrive in my area between 4 and 5 PM, so I arrived at 3:30 PM and advised them that our building's freight elevator would be closed after 5 PM, and they must arrive before 5 PM. However, they kept me waiting until 6:30 PM. Due to their delay, I had to negotiate with the building management for a long time before the delivery finally took place. I waited for over 3 hours during the entire process.

Next was the installation of the water heater. I told the staff to schedule it for June 10th as I had a day off that day. However, I only received a call from the installation worker in the afternoon of June 10th, stating that the installation needed to be rescheduled for June 13th.

I informed the worker that I needed them to arrive at my building before 11:30 AM as I had to leave for work at 12 PM. If they couldn't arrive on time, we would need to reschedule. To my disappointment, despite waiting in my room since 10 AM, the worker informed me at 11:25 AM that he couldn't make it as he was still in another area. I requested them to come at the same time the next day, but he mentioned that he wouldn't be working the following day. I tried contacting their office staff, but there was no response to my messages or calls.
The water heater has not been installed yet, and no one has responded to my messages up to now.
I don't understand why the service provided is so poor with a complete lack of punctuality. It was a very disappointing shopping experience.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Had a faulty washing machine for months and they are refusing to take it back. Do not trust them their warranty. I have to fight with LG and still Anson is not making them take back their faulty machine. You should make sure your customers don't get left with faulty items.

Could be dangerous buying online

I was inquiring on an item to buy, an Air Fryer, asking for a store where I can purchase it. Instead, the agent just informed me that it's available online.

It also takes too long for their agent to respond.
