It's the first time I have ordered from their website and I won't do it again.The return service is difficult and if you ask for information,you won't receive any responses to your emails.I still haven't received the refund for the product I purchased even though I have followed all the steps mentioned on their site.

The worst thing that I met with Answear is the customer service ( Bulgaria). Very low level, if they answer you it will be with one sentence, or they won’t even reply at all. I am still waiting for my last order almost ten days( prepaid) and it still hasn’t arrived. For the clothes- I like them, the quality is not always very good but if you need to return something which is defective they give you back the money.

Hugo Boss products are fake. Similar as with Gomez. Polish mafia! I checked vin numbers with Hugo Boss AG and they confirmed Answer product was never in their selimg line. Secondly answer provides like 90% discount on guess flip flops vin nr. F4GZ08.BB00H.JBLK (248,90 eur discounted to 22,90 eur). However market price in summer sale period in 2024 of same product was 17 eur! They way how they manipulate prices is awful. The return of money for fake products lasted around 60 days after i shipped. So againts their commitment if 30 days. They turn around customers money to earn interest. Polish mafia. Stay away!

Return lasts forever. More than 2 weeks since I sent the package back and status is still in progress (should reach Poland, sent from Slovenia). Like we are on a different planets.

I bought a dress and it was clear that it included a belt made of the same fabric, not something different in material or design. I received the dress without the belt, and the responses from Greek Answear could be taught as an example of how not to respond to customers. I will never purchase from them again.

I have made 16 orders for the last 3 years from Answear. 15 of them were good and delivered almost on time. But my 16th order came in an inappropriate shape. The clothes for my daughter had a wide cut on the surface. It would be fine for me to get the same item I ordered a bit later. But Answear doesn't provide an exchange for an appropriate quality item, they can only refund you money for your order, and you should try your luck one more time to get what you were waiting for. Meanwhile, you must wait for them to decide on your refund for ~30 days or more, pay for delivery for the defective goods they sent you without paying QA attention, and sit and wait till they have a few minutes to answer your question in messenger. No, they don't have any kind of online support. The line is always busy, and those people who reply in fb messenger are rude and always ready to forget about you. My wife and I won't order anything from Answear or PRM anymore. I would gladly order from their competitors and boycott them as a company.

Bad experience, unclear terms on the website, support that is disconnecting chat without providing explanation. Won’t use their service anymore.

I bought Boss mens belt from Answear -Croatia site.
After one month leather belt was looking like it is 10 years old,all destroyed,realy poor quality...
I was trying to contact customer service for reclamation but no answear...
Bad,bad quality and poor customer service!!!

This was both the first and last purchase I made on this website, as their customer service is non-existent. I ordered a product but was unable to pick it up at the designated location due to a family emergency. The item was subsequently being shipped back. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation, they simply stated that it was not possible to ship the item back to me and that they would issue a refund. I could then repurchase the item if desired. I suspect this response was motivated by my having originally bought the item at a discounted Black Friday price, and they hoped to now profit more from a new purchase at full price. The customer service representatives were completely unhelpful, making no effort to address my concerns or even hear me out. They repeatedly stated that they could not ship the item back, wasting my time. Even the manager parroted the same response - making me question the purpose of having customer service at all, if they won't try to assist customers or provide good service. Based on their low Trustpilot rating, I would caution others about buying from this website.

Quite low quality product. Sold on a big sale, but it’s on sale not because of the SALE, but because it’s a shittier quality. The box was ripped a bit and then taped.. Tommy who?)
But it’s still sold for 100$ too! Like common!

Convenient app with reasonable prices for popular brands. Sad that they don't have support chat in the app and you need to contact it through Facebook Messenger

First of all you have to pay money on delivery. Second of all there is never any discounts. And everything is so expensive and i see the same thing for way cheaper in other websites.

Delivery takes too long, customer service is bad, they saw message on Facebook but didn't replay, i still waiting my order and I ordered it before 3 weeks.
I will never again order from this site. Site About you is much better, more seriously doing job.

No free returns regardless of sum of purchase from answear.bg, if you are not logged into your account. Support on their end is not satisfactory. Will not use them again.

Bad customer service

This was my first time ordering and I was skeptical about it since it's shipping from Poland and I saw so many bad reviews here. So I wanted to leave a positive comment here. I ordered some Nike Performance pants and they arrived super quickly to Slovenia. They are original, all the tags are attached, the material is good quality. So... perhaps I'm gonna be ordering again some time soon :)
