Ordered some clothes and out of the blue I received an email that my cancelled order was received and the money would be sent back to my bank account. I never cancelled any order and when I asked for an explanation, I received a standard 'we are sorry' mail with a discount voucher/code without any explanation. Asked them once more for an explanation and asking to resend my order, but never received an answer back. Very bad service!
