100% scammers. They force their clients to pay a tax fee without any prior warning while claiming 'free delivery.' Complete lies and terrible service. I do not recommend them to anyone—horrible service and attitude towards customers.
Additionally, their contact center representative, Valentina, handled the conversation regarding this situation in a completely inappropriate manner, suggesting that I blame the State Customs Service of Ukraine for everything.

I regularly shop at the Answer store. Overall, the store offers an excellent selection of products at attractive prices. However, I would like to point out that Answer has serious problems with feedback. It is impossible to reach them by phone or get a response to an email. This is quite disappointing, especially when I have problems with the order.
Also, I would like to see improvements in the discount system. For example, I receive bonuses for my birthday, but I cannot mix them with discounts provided on the site. It would be great if Answer provided the opportunity to combine different types of discounts for more profitable purchases.

Great and reliable website. I ordered with them 3 times already. Super fast delivery. Every single time only took 3 days to arrive. Great and authentic products. I will keep ordering for sure. My favourite online shopping store:)

Really nice clothes but poor customer service!! The first time I ordered from them everything was fine (the delivery time, clothes looking like the picture) but the pair of jeans had a tiny hole in the material, and bc they were really expensive I wanted the refund and I ordered them again, a bit longer. But on the second order I also bought few t shirts and several days after I placed it I got an email telling me one of the t shirts wasn’t in stock anymore and asking if I still want that order. I said yes but I think they could simply send me the other items then and that t shirt when it would come back in stock. Anyway, almost one week later I got another email saying another t shirt wasn’t in stock. Then I got mad because they all were obviously in stock when I placed the order and I told them J don’t want it anymore but they ignored me and said they will send it. All this time I tried calling CS but they wouldn’t answer.
