The company was recommended by several other business owner acquaintances. So glad I went with AnswerForce. Complete transparency all around and freedom to easily adjust my plan for the needs of my business. The app/portal is user friendly and intuitive. A very easy and thorough onboarding process. Lilu helped with this and did a fantastic job! Sidenote, I really like that they actively seek feedback for their call takers and make it easy to give. It’s nice to see they want reward, coach or take further action if needed in order to provide the best service.
