I have filled initial form and paid…
I have filled initial form and paid deposit, upon meeting the company representatives in my home town. I decided to not to proceed, because of personal reasons. I an trying to get my deposit back,which I was told is refundable, since December last year. On top of that, the "dentist" that was assessing my teeth, was completely bored and uninterested. Very dismissive meeting, I felt like the only thing important was for me to pay deposit... itwas all about the money, not the patient. Hugely disappointed. Deposit was small, but I'll still get the international fraud department involved, because I'm very unhappy with how I was treated.

I 100% made the right decision to go with Antalya Smile Designs. Hard to put into words how happy I am with the results.
The service from start to finish was spot on.
The dentists are magicians and very friendly.
The staff were amazing!
Seda reassured me every step of the way as I was bit nervous at times and made me feel comfortable.
I honestly can’t recommend enough.
From the quality of the teeth, the clinic is spotless, all top of the range equipment and in a very good location.
The hotel was only a 5 minute taxi away from the clinic which was ideal.
I honestly can’t thank Antalya Smile Designs enough for what they have done for me!

High end company
The surgery is very modern and spotlessly clean. You really feel you're having your dental work done by a top end company.
The staff are very helpful and many speak English, there was never a communication problem, and nothing was too much trouble , they put themselves out to make me feel at home. Daria was one member of staff who stood out, but everyone was great.
I was a little nervous about dealing with a dental surgery in another country, after all there are so many advertisements in the UK for so many companies, it's difficult to make an informed decision.
Alytalia Smile Design came to Swansea, a City near me, where I met several of the staff and one of their dentists.
After an examination I was given a price for the work required. It's not going to be a ridiculously low price that you commonly see quoted in adverts and which will increase once you get to Turkey. The price I was quoted at home was the same when I got here.
I had 10 dental implants, 6 in the top and 4 in the bottom. I can honestly say I didn't feel pain after the procedure despite there being several difficult extractions. The pain relief provided was first class.
I didn't go into this lightly, I did lots of research, after all it is your health we're talking about and I didn't come away thinking I was going on holiday, I was having major dental work done and expected to be in some discomfort.
As it turned out the surgery went well and the pain was not a significant problem due to the excellent pain relief.
All transfers from the airport and to and from the hotel were first class with lovely executive mini busses.
The accommodation I was provided with was The 4 Hills hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.The hotel was modern and extremely clean. My room and bedding were cleaned daily (which is an important point because your pillow cases and bedding can get blood on them during the night because of your mouth surgery) the very friendly staff, never complained when this happened and it was never a problem.
The food was buffet style and very high end, fresh salads, meats, cereals, sausages, eggs etc. In a lovely restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here.
I received a WhatsApp message every night to confirm my pick up time for the morning, it was all very organized.
My overall experience was brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your dental work. You will not be disappointed.

I finished my treatment in November last year. Antalya Smile Design have been exceptional with my care. My only small issue would be to have been given more information regarding what was happening during treatment. Like explaining the procedures etc. Advising what to expect after treatment. Maybe a slight language barrier. Otherwise I would be highly recommend ASD to friends and acquaintances. I am looking forward to my return to Turkey later on this year to have my implants and crowns checked.

Due to sleepless nights
Due to sleepless nights, I was not in a great frame of mind when I first arrived at the clinic, despite having an excellent first impression of the facility... Canay (Jan) did a brilliant job of calming me down and looking back I'm sure I was pretty close to having a meltdown... She looked after me at every stage and was fantastic throughout the entire process... The treatment I received was performed professionally, skillfully and so confidently it appeared effortless ... This clinic is state of the art and runs like a well oiled machine with zero stress... The waiting room is very peaceful and a great area to relax whilst waiting between the various stages... I'm so happy with the natural look and feel of my finished front teeth and they fitted perfectly first time... All in all, a brilliant experience, from start to finish... From the clinic and the staff, to the transport and the hotel choice... I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to meet them all again when I return to have treatment completed on my back teeth... Thank you all so much for your great work and kindness...

Antalya smile designs. An amazing team of people each and every one and all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and an important client to thier business. Have just finished a 7 month treatment plan and will be leaving Antalya with a beaming smile.
As stated in a previous review the clinic is immaculate and modernised and you certainly feel like you’re in safe hands. You are walked through every step of the way, always kept in the loop of where u are at with the treatment and each stage is always clearly discussed before proceeding forward. And all in all a relatively painless experience! (Given how traumatic having all teeth removed can initially seem)
The ‘dental’ team are nothing short of brilliance in their field with a big shout out to my primary dentist Seda who performed most of my surgery’s and I couldn’t have asked for a more talented, caring, professional dentist to be put in the hands of. And her happy persona which shone through every visit certainly eased the tension of the experience.
I can’t say it’s the best clinic for dental work obviously as only done this once but from a ‘now finished’ perspective am thoroughly happy with the choice I made and also the result and if I had to do it again would be my one and only choice. An amazing clinic and an amazing team! ❤️

I was very confident traveling to Turkey for dental work with Antalya Smile Designs as they were recommended by friends who were all super happy with their final results. From my initial contact with them and throughout my two visits they have been very professional, kind, reassuring and patient with answering my many questions. A special thank you to the team who were all very courteous, kind and helpful, especially my dental surgeons, Dt. Ergin Öztürk, Dt. Doğan Akıncı who both helped me overcome my fear of dentists as they were patient, kind and very efficient. The ambiance in the clinic was always notably peaceful warm and soothing. Seda, who was my coordinator was particularly helpful ensuring that my needs were met and any questions I had were addressed efficiently and promptly. My dental work was a success as my intention was that I wanted the end result to look natural and not noticeable by my friends, and so far no one has mentioned my teeth, except to compliment me and asking me what my secret is for looking so radiant.

My experience with Antalya Smile Design…
My experience with Antalya Smile Design had its ups and downs, especially during my second visit, but overall I am satisfied with the outcome.
I would like to highlight the support from the manager, who truly took good care of both me as a patient and my mom. They made sure we felt comfortable and that our accommodation was pleasant, which really mattered to us during the stay.
The dental process itself was painless. The only part that felt a bit scary were the numbing injections, but once that was done, everything went smoothly and without pain.
My final teeth look very good and so far I have had no problems with them. I am happy with the result and the care I received.
Yes, I would recommend Antalya Smile Design.

Positive and professional clinic
Arranging a smile makeover with a few WhatsApp messages seemed too easy.....but what a great decision to use this company. From the moment I was picked up from the Antalya airport they impressed me with nice vehicles and the drivers are always on time for appointment collections. Seda was my coordinator and translator at the clinic. She put me at ease immediately and we went to see the dentist to explore the options for the best results. (I had already sent photos for a quote). We made a few changes to the original plan which made perfect sense. Seda was a great at translating all the technical aspects required to make decisions. From start to finish it was really positive and professional experience and most importantly, they really do care about the end result.

It was an amazing journey and I'm 66…
It was an amazing journey and I'm 66 and went by myself i needn't have worried the drivers were there to meet me then onto the hotel which was brilliant and the food was first class the breakfast which was included was lovely
The following day I went to the clinic in the same lovely car coming from airport the clinic looked very clean and the staff made me feel welcome
I had such an amazing time as even the temporary teeth give me so much confidence, my granddaughter keeps saying smile nanna she loves them
I go back in April to get my permanent teeth and as nearly everyone in the hotel were there for same reason they have now turned into good friends I'll see them in April

From the initial contact they've been amazing helping arrange hotels, supporting through flight bookings to pick up at Antalya airport n taxis to and from appointments. Ergin the singing dentist has done a great job, no pain yes a little discomfort but what do expect with 19 teeth removed 12 screws imbedded and building of jawline to where it can support the next phase and getting set up with a new smile. Roll on recovery time and see you all in April

Great Service

Attention to detail,caring and well organised!
I feel the most important aspect of my treatment at Smiles Design was the attention to detail. Jenni supported me throughout my visits to the clinic. I never felt she was ‘just doing her job’ she genuinely seemed to care and I felt l was treated like a real person, not just another number.
Dr. Helin Donat, who did my impressions, fittings and other dental work was particularly
thorough and painstaking. Helen would not complete any treatment unless we were both completely happy with the outcome.
I feel that, considering the scale of the business ( the numbers of patients treated )
that Smiles Designs is a well organised operation.
