Fantastic Service and Support
Our buying experience was made incredibly easy thanks to Ifti, who guided us through the whole process from start to finish.
Ifti talked us through the various additional options available, but importantly, he never put any pressure on us to purchase them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions clearly and confidently.
We had been looking for a car for around five weeks and had dealt with a number of different garages and sales staff during that time. Unfortunately, not everyone was as forthcoming with information, and on several occasions we struggled to get basic details such as the car's service history and number of previous owners.
One of the first things Ifti did was provide us with the full service history and details of the previous ownership, which immediately gave us confidence that we were dealing with someone trustworthy and transparent.
We were extremely happy with both the garage and the support we received from Ifti throughout the purchase. He made what can often be a stressful experience straightforward and enjoyable.

Tremendous Customer Centered Service
Tremendous service. Right from the ‘get go’ Anthony Betts were very helpful. I explained to Robert Davies, the sales consultant I was dealing with what I was looking to achieve.
I had selected the car I was after through AutoTrader.
We discussed
1 My part exchange and was given a realistic price for my car, even though they hadn’t actually seen it, as I live 250 miles from the garage.
2 They explained the history of the car I was looking to purchase and answered all of my queries fully.
3 Cars exchanged and purchased on an agreed date and sale concluded harmoniously.
I have now had the car for over 2 months and added about 1500 miles to it without any issues whatsoever, other than DVLA getting things totally wrong!
Excellent service from Anthony Betts as a Team. Far better than other dealerships I had spoken with during my search. Many thanks.

I couldn't fault my recent experience…
I couldn't fault my recent experience of buying a new Suzuki Swift from Anthony Betts Motor Group. Although I live about 30 miles from the dealership and others are much nearer, I was initially drawn by the many positive reviews it had been given and it proved to be the right choice. I was very impressed by Ifti's responsiveness to our phone and email communications, his knowledge of the car and after service. Without being in the least bit 'pushy', he was thorough and professional throughout, with a warm, human touch. I couldn't fault him.
As for the car itself, my new Swift is a dream to drive, I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend the dealership.

I would have given no stars but there was no option.
I bought a car for my wife,she only likes to drive local,so we had it delivered home,before i bought it i noticed a couple of minor digs to the back end.I asked when the cars delivered would the person have the little plan so that we could checks there was nothing new. The person said he knew nothing about it ,he simply delivered the car.one day later my wife drove the car ,but had to abandon the drive after 10 mins because she couldnt see clearly through the windscreen.Pictures of this have been provided to the seller and to the RAC. I could see immediatly what the problem was .It was that the dashboard had been sprayed with a heavy coat of silicone.The seller was not concerned nor it turns out interested.In the circumstances i requested a refund , under the consumers rightes short -term right to reject.I am now stuck in limbo trying to remove the silicone with proffessional help to make the car safe to drive in all weathers.I am not sugesting this was applied by the seller.simply it was how it was when it was sold.

We would, however, like to clarify that the vehicle was inspected and prepared by us prior to delivery, and no fault relating to the dashboard or visibility was identified. We also have no evidence that any product was applied by us that caused the condition described.
We took your concerns seriously and, throughout our correspondence, offered to work with you to find a practical solution. Although we did not agree with the assertion that the vehicle was defective or unsafe, we ultimately agreed a financial settlement with you, which you accepted in full and final settlement of the matter.
We are therefore disappointed to see the suggestion that we were not concerned or interested in resolving your concerns. The correspondence between both parties demonstrates that we engaged with the matter throughout and ultimately reached an agreed resolution.
As the matter has been resolved by agreement, we will not comment further on the individual circumstances or terms of that settlement.
