I purchased a nearly new vehicle and was dealt with by Richard.
Richard's communication was great and reassuring throughout the purchase of the vehicle. Richard undertook a very thorough handover on the day of collection.

Having just bought a second hand S Cross the whole experience was very easy from the Test drive to all the paperwork needed with the S Cross to my Part exchange .
Andrew made the whole process a breeze .

Quick turnaround on the car I wanted, and everything sorted so I could pick the car up quickly; Andrew was very helpful.

Andrew Hobbs was really knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, he explained everything, answered all my questions and clearly explained everything on the car and set everything up that I needed before I drove away. I was very happy with the experience overall, and first impressions I’m very pleased with the car so far.

I somehow ended up hunting for a specific model of Suzuki Swift at a specific colour at a specific price range due to my research which lead me to Anthony Betts and a very personable Richard Chesney all the way up in Hemel Hempstead...

I was situated at the opposite end of Greater London so i was a little apprehensive about all the effort travelling to test drive a specific car, never gone to this much effort over a car before.

Richard Chesney made the purchasing and test drive experience... And made Hemel Hempstead a welcoming experience, theyre out in the middle of nowhere and past the crazy magic roundabout youve probably all heard of... Richard was very accomodating... I had bank account troubles and they were all hopefully very understanding and yes a very calm and chilled experience due to Richard and Anthony Betts allowing a comfortable amount of breathing space and standing by your corner...

Can easily recommend Anthony Betts, Suzuki and definitely Richard if you want a Suzuki or honked at at the world famous magic roundabout! I was honked at at the magic roundabout... wasnt magic, but was an experience!

Even though they are over an hour away, I would still pick them over any other dealership or franchise. I am over the moon with my new car and will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new Sukuki swift for my daughter !! The process was very professional and the service excellent !! Our sales advisor Richard Chesney could not have been more helpful and is a credit to your company !!

From the first phone call, Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. No stress, no pressure, a very decent person to deal with.

Gave us time/space to look round the car and take it for a test drive.

Small mark in the passenger seat had already been booked for repair by Andrew, prior to collection.

Just generally a good vibe from Andrew and the dealership itself. Having visited other ones whilst looking for a car, this was just a different feel. Professional and efficient, but not chaotic in any way.

Communication from Andrew was spot in from deposit being paid, through to collection day.

To top it off, on the day of collection, the branch Sales Manager arranged for Andrew to come and collect me in the new vehicle (1 hour round trip).
