Worst support I have seen
Piece of crap support, did not provide me with any help, answered quite rude for first ticket and locked ability to create new tickets. Service works fine, but support is useless and rude and any customisation is not possible

They're scammers, Avoid this place
They're scammers. They have 0 customer support. And their "workers" don't solve your captchas, they just take your money. Avoid these losers by all means... trust me, you will thank me later. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY ON THEIR SITE, YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING IN RETURN. The 2 positive Trustpilot reviews are fake, and are written by their staff.

Terrible Customer Support
It is not a bad service because most of the time it works fine.
However, if you encounter issues you should not hope to get any kind of support. The support team is rude and basically useless.

I’ve never seen such a sophisticated captcha solving system on the market yet. They are adaptive as hell and can recognise all those new captchas that are just being out online. Wow!

Unprofessional scam.
I am a 14 yr old girl, this is my first time ever using this service. I asked for help starting an app and they gave me a copy pasted message. I requested them to actually help or else i will request a refund. They instead removed everything i paid for, with no refund, and called me an idiot. They told me to go f*** myself. Lastly, I asked for them to refund my money, since they removed all the assets I purchased. They then told me to go "f*** my sister like I always do", restricted my access to creating new support tickets, and have not given me my money back. Bad, unproffesional service.

Low quality, waste of money
Very bad service. Web statistics show over 1k employees free but captcha solved in 200 seconds, second 450 and got an error. Over 50% ends with an error or fake reply. I do not recommend this website.
