Anti-Aging Medical & Laser Clinic Reviews

Great sales on medical grade skin care. Shipped very quickly and received on time.

It was easy to purchase on line. The order was delivered fairly promptly. I liked receiving the bonus items.

Love my products and came in really quickly thank you.

Great product selection, good pricing and exceptional service (the delivery was quick). I’d return to buy other products. Thank you!

Thank you for the great customer service and for going the extra mile to leave me with a positive experience. I am now so impressed with this company. I ordered three bottles of the Hale Derma spray for delivery. I live in Toronto and the package was shipped by air. When I received the parcel all bottles were individually wrapped in tissue paper and then well protected with bubble wrap on each bottle. As I took off the bubble wrap it became apparent that the tissue paper was soaking wet. Unfortunately, the bottle was broken and everything leaked out. I opened the second, same thing. I opened the third and it was also broken glass in wet tissue. I called and explained what had happened and the first woman who answered said, “ I am so sorry this has happened, I will transfer you to someone who can help”. The second woman immediately apologized and asked what she could do/what I would like under the circumstances. I think there is something about the product that causes this to happen at high altitude so I didn’t want a repeat of the same situation. She agreed and said she would immediately refund me which I was happy with. Even though I was happy things were rectified, she also offered to send me a product as a kind gesture for what happened. Quite rare that a company goes beyond what would be the normal expectation and gifts you a product for the inconvenience. I will definitely continue to order from here in the future and tell others about how great they are.

I ordered products online! The order arrived right to my doorstep within just a few days of placing the order. You can't ask for better service than that!

Amazing. Answered my call and answered my questions. Knowledgeable professional and so wanting to help.

Anti-Aging Medical & Laser Clinic has been so good to me. This company has always impressed me. They are located in British Columbia and I am located in Manitoba. I receive the best prices in the Country on on-sale products. As well, Staff are very knowledgeable about their large line of products. I always get a quick response when I have a question. In my last 2 orders I received a surprise gift and 25 dollar off coupon for the next order. Both deliveries were timely and included a thank you note with the actual name of the staff member responsible for my order on it. I felt very special and like a valued customer.

Shipping was very fast. Love the products!
