- Overall good products for sale but many of them frequently not in stock 👎
- Shipping is effortless but shipping prices are too high 👍
- Poor aftersales-service in case of a product claim (an expensive shaving soap in my case). No refund or replacement offering but a careless e-mail reply instead 👎👎👎
Chances for me to order again are unfortunately very little 🤷♂️❗️

Sory to hear for the negative feedback.
I run this shop personaly in adition to my day job so i try to do my best.
- Products are stocked as offen as posible but most of the products that i have are made in USA and transport from US is not same as stocking products that are availible in EU.
- Shiping prices are even higher but i over a pert of the shiping cost. You do have an option of free shiping...
- Aftershave service?? I respond to all emails personaly and always give options. But if a shave soap is not matching your expetacion there is very little that i can do. There was nothing wrong with the product its just that you did not like it and there is nothing that i can do in that case.
But i do very much apricate your feedback even if it is negative.
