Bought a few items, small purchase order but had to deal with slow dispatch, maybe because of Christmas and new year, I could not see any xmas or new year information regarding orders and delivery, delivery was fast though and was informed some items was on back order but was not given any options on what I wanted to do, so I waited before I emailed them.
The team replies to emails and promptly resolved my problem and I got a replacement which was dispatched and delivered quickly.
