I have been waiting for my refund for 3 months. And it still has not been done. This is far from just disappointing and stressful. I called and emailed hundreds of times. Nobody seems to care. Are they actually human at all? Do they understand anything at all? If you don't want trouble, stay as far as possible from this company.

If you're facing issues with a refund, refer to my previous review for detailed steps. I received my refund on the 12th working day after disputing the transaction with my bank.

Do not expect the company to refund you promptly. They may try to buy time until the reporting period to the bank has passed (which is currently within 120days since your last interaction with the company itself regard to refund process)

You are offered 2 options after booking with this company :
* Option 1: You pay extra for tickets on a different airline (which is unacceptable,I deserve to receive exactly what I paid for when making a purchase). Be cautious, as other reviewers had reported that after paying additional money, just a week before departure time were informed that these tickets were not confirmed after contacting the airline, you may find that the tickets were canceled by the airline due to non-payment and then you are so pressured at that time that you agree to pay further to go ahead with your holiday plan.
* Option 2: After significant back-and-forth, you may be offered a refund verbally or you are sent AI generated email as a confirmation with all that merchant receipts etc (this often only occurs after you leave genuine review about your experience on Trustpilot which would be flagged multiple times to frustrate you further or threaten to report) but unfortunately actual refund won't happen.

Steps to Secure Your Refund Within 15 Days:

No matter what they tell you, please please inform the bank and start your process immediately.Share your entire story and provide all available evidence. Your bank would immediately initiate a dispute process, which would compel the company to return your funds like it happened in my case.

File a report online with Fraud Alert team ,Get a crime reference number for your records, which may help in your case.

Do not forget the department called Financial Ombudsman Services: This free government service can help you deal with your bank if they delay your dispute(which would rarely happen)

***New refund rules requiring banks to reimburse people who have been tricked into scams launched to cover transactions made from 7th October onwards is going to make things more easier for victims as process time has shortened to 5 working days.

Please also report the company to Trustpilot Whistleblower team with all the evidences as they are misusing the platform by using fake positive reviews.

Getting a refund is just one part of the issue; the distress I've experienced and the time and energy I've wasted are significant. I am committed to pursuing this further.

Scam Company!!! Please beware. I I booked a ticket through their website and the contacted me on whatsappp to hasten the process of booking. They were responding well until after I paid. I was told by the agent that the booking confirmation will be sent to me within 24-48 hours. Later I got an email that my booking has not been confirmed that the have tried to contact me but that was a lie no one called me. They said I should call them back to avoid losing that ticket price which was £435.51. I called them but the wanted me to pay more saying the ticket is on the waiting list for the promotional price and that the airline has not confirmed my ticket. They offered a different date for a huge price difference. I was mad and told them to cancel as I'm no longer interested in the bookings and they should refund me. One Danny guy told me the refund would take about 25 days but I threatened to take it up legally. After so many calls, they kept posting me that I'll get the refund on different days by different agents who picked my call. Then I sent them one last email about how I'll ask my bank fraud team to recover my money from them and also take legal action against them. Immediately they sent me a refund receipt.

Please don't patronise this company, they are truly organised criminals.

SCAM COMPANY! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK ANYTHING! If I could give this company 0 star then I would but unfortunately I can’t. The prices they show online are incorrect, it’s a money making scheme to lure people in to make bookings with them. Once you pay, they say they will send you the tickets in 24-48 hours. Anyone that has travelled before knows that tickets get issued straight away or within 5 minutes. When you ask them where your tickets are, they make up times and they NEVER arrive. Then you get a phone call saying your flight has not been confirmed but they can offer you on a different flight but you have to pay ALOT more. I specifically asked if my flight was confirmed and was told it was so why ring and say it has not? I asked for a refund which I have still not received! ABSOLUTE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. Please believe the negative reviews you see on the website as they are genuine and they have done this with so many other people. I wish I had read the reviews before booking with Antic Trip. This company should be shut down! As if you check on the Companies House Government Website, THEIR COMPANY HAS BEEN DISSOLVED SO HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING!!!

Absolute scam! We booked a flight we saved over 2 years for. To go with our 4 children booked was all confirmed and then had a phone call saying the airline hadn’t confirmed flights I spoke to the airline myself and they told me they had seats available for us!
They wanted another £600 to come back a day later! But these flights couldn’t be confirmed also! I will not be using again and now have to wait upto 15 working days for a refund so we cannot even book separate flights and has ruined our only holiday we have every 2 years!

NEVER USE THESE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! 😡😡

*UPDATE*

Called this joke of a company about our refund said it would be in our account today 9/10/24 and lo and behold it’s not back in our account! We now have 4 very upset children who wanted to go away and no refund. Spoke to this company and because of the review we haven’t had our refund! So now I am in contact with the police and the bank for this fraudulent company! DO NOT USE THEM!

They said once review has been removed then they will process our refund! NO CHANCE POLICE NOW INVOLVED IN THIS CASE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!

Don’t go for promotional tickets. I bought this tickets on 14th September and I contacted them everyday without failed for my tickets. And didn’t issues my tickets for London to Ahmedabad. Everyday contacted them and today I solved my problems with different flight plus 549 pound more with not my requested dates. I already put my money so couldn’t refund me as they said.
Thank you so much guys Rohan, Ching and Danny but I never suggest anyone to buy tickets from you guys. You guys promised but never finished promised.

I am satisfied with the service, they are always ready to answer my questions and they were professional.
