Unreliable

Product not available.
Available on the webshop, order confirmed with 3 days deliveriy time.
After 8 days information, that the product is not on stock and not deliverable.

Our apologies that the delivery time was incorrect. We were informed too late by the supplier that this item was delayed. We'll adjust this on the website as soon as possible. The order has been refunded.

A few notes though: we informed the customer yesterday, which was the 4th business day after the order, about the delay. Furthermore, it was already disclosed on both the order page and the order confirmation to the customer that the item was not in stock.

Scam outdoor shop

Scam outdoor shop, they advertise products they don't have and don't exist, make you wait around and then force a refund which causes you to lose money with CC and/or Paypal fees. Avoid scam companies like these.

Edit: wow so after 2 years of my order they decided to reply lol. When I did my order 2 years ago I paid, then received a refund with no communication instead of sending my order and never advised the listed item was no longer in stock. When I sent them an email about it I was ignored and lost money due to the exchange rate.

We have a real shop in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands and our products can also be ordered through our webshop. If we do not have a product in stock, we can order it for you. If something has gone wrong here, we would be happy to hear from you. And together we will see how we can solve the problem.
