Love the chandeliers I have bought. Will definitely make more purchases in the future.

Ordering was easy and shipping was on time. You do have Excellent service.

Very happy with the whole experience. Order was easy delivery was quick and directions for installation was good.

Quick shipping and delivery. It was exactly what I was looking for. I have gotten so many compliments on my wagon wheel chandelier.

Beautiful high quality ceiling fan.
Company promised it would be delivered within 7 days -- it came in 2 days!!!

So far so good, haven't received all of my shipment yet. The people here are very friendly and helpful, and from what I've received so far everything looks really well made. I will write another review once everything is installed in my home! So far everything is beautiful!

Product looks great. Everything as advertised. Packed well and shipped quickly.

This fan is not only beautiful but very functional fan and light. The little paddles put out a lot of air and the lights are very bright but can be dimmed.
So happy that I purchased this fan/light.

The shipment of my Antler Chandelier arrived promptly. Although it was extremely well packaged, it arrived with a broken antler. I sent a photo of the chandelier's broken section to CastAntlers and they quickly responded that a replacement would be shipped within 24 hours. That is the kind of Customer Service we all expect but seldom receive. I would not hesitate to do business with them again - and very likely will!

I bought 2 ceiling fans for our cabin. They are beautiful and very well made, fast delivery too!

The fans just spin when they’re turned like they have some movement vibration

Nice looking chandelier. Shipping was great and packaged well. Arrived with no broken glass. I would recommend it to someone.

I think someone else mentioned this..

Maybe add a clip or hook to this package. Having to open up a link in the chain could be very hard for someone without the right tools.

Otherwise great piece

Everything looks great except that the extension rod is stainless steel and the lamp is bronze. I think the extension should also be bronze. Could someone please contact me about that?

Product is excellent and in great condition

We love the looks of our 12 antler chandeliers. They arrived in just a couple of days and days and were packaged well preventing any shipping damage. Although they are very lightweight they look very realistic. The room we purchased them for is still under construction so no pictures yet. Steve and Jeanna

Fast shipping as described. Just wish it came with flush mount.
