I've been loyal to Antler for over a…
I've been loyal to Antler for over a decade. Their products are sturdy, looks good and lasts for years until I decide to upgrade. I just purchased the salt blue set and love them! I just have one gripe about them changing the lock to the right side - small non-issue. Can't wait to show them off on my next travels (got the pink straps, looks so good)!

It was a completely seamless process from viewing the products in their website to having my purchase delivered. The quality of the suitcase is excellent, the customer service excellent and the quick delivery was great. Arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely make any future purchases with Antler. Not great
It took quite a long time for my order to be shipped.
I didn’t receive my luggage due to my own fault. I was travelling for work so asked the order to go to my newly opened PO Box - but I typed the wrong number - totally my own fault.
From there everything went from bad to worse. Australia post didn’t notify my parcel arrived (as they would have notified the other PO Box owner(but they did notify when the luggage was shipped back to Antler).
I contacted Antler. I was happy to pay postage again to receive. One week of not knowing if they could ship - messages of they definitely could not - others saying it may be possible.
After one week they agreed they couldn’t and would refund me.
In the week of emails and offer to pay for shipping I mentioned twice my credit card was hacked and would need to provide another.
They have now refunded a dead credit card.

Hi Mel - We deliver Australia-wide. Our carriers are unable to deliver to the following locations: airports, hospitals, prisons and PO boxes. In terms of the refund it will due to the restrictions of our merchant services agreements always go to the card that the payment was taken from and your card issuer will then make the necessary arrangements to transfer the funds for you
