I was given a discount on Microsoft for a Chromebook gaming laptop that I purchased and found out after I got it home that Microsoft is not compatible with chromeOS. They refused to give a refund and if I could give a 0 I would. The worse part is it was for my son’s birthday. Unethical and will never do business here again.

Terrible customer service. I called customer service 3 times. They say there is nothing they can do over the phone and I must email support. I emailed support 3 times in the span of a week, but there is no response. The phone reps are basically robots and they do not answer emails.

Delivery was relatively fast. They sent me a nice email letting me know the item shipped. They routinely have good deals on their website. They have great giveaways in their streams all the time with cool hosts.

Shipped well, on time, and came with everything.
However, it would be ideal if it came with a small guide. I made the mistake of using a VGA cord to connect to the monitor, which ignored my GPU. I wouldn't've made that mistake if there was a short guide.

PC arrived in excellent condition the next day after ordering! I was pleasantly surprised by the super fast delivery. I would definitely buy from Antonline again!

Straight forward, fast shipping, item arrived packed well.

Product received was fine, however the FedEx shipping option is lacking as its only 2nd day air, and does not include Saturday delivery which means you need to place your order at latest on Tuesday to receive a FedEx in a reasonable time frame. Any later, is essentially a $25 waste.

Had a product that was hard to find elsewhere. Fast delivery and easy website to navigate.

Product came on time and had stock where almost every other store didn't.

Horrible company. I understand charging a 15% fee for returned items, but charging that fee on a defective item that they shipped out is ridiculous. $36 down the drain on bad quality assurance. Stay away from this company, specially on higher priced items.

I have sent back a return in late jan without any refund to this day. I sent back the item with RMA number just like they asked. emailed support multiple times and they responded at first saying refunds take up to 4 weeks. it has been more than 2 months and they no longer respond to my emails. I have called them on the phone twice and the first time they explaied they would email back later. I called a week later and got the same guy on the phone. He asked for my order number and put me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up on me. Now no one will answer their phone. I am forced to chargeback this purchase now as I simply cannot get anyone to respond to me after many email attempts and phone call attempts. Worst company ever. Last year they were great to me.

Quick an easy process. Delivered faster than originally anticipated. That's a plus in my book! Service was gr8 I r8 8 of 8! Thanks M8

Your packaging for shipping sucks. Trusting usps to not destroy something in a plastic bag is terrible.

Don't buy from this terrible company. They might be legitimate but are horrible if something goes wrong. Bought a PS5 bundle a while back from them, somebody had likely stolen / pulled the PS5 from the bundle box before arriving at my home and UPS delivered the box on my porch with me signing only with the bundle contents in it.

They were very rude, had no sense of urgency, refused to help me /in any shape or form still did not want to even just provide me the serial number of the unit upon request that was supposed to ship to me to add to the police report. In the end, it was too much of hassle to deal with and I ended up taking a loss for it. Thinking back, I should have just chargedback through my bank to get it sorted out, but was more or so not in the right mindset at the time at the shock of this happenining in the first place.

Great price and ultra quick delivery. Follow up emails to make sure I'm happy. Do yourself a favor and buy from these guys!

How safe and secure the website is. How fast my product was shipped out.

Bought a (what I thought was a new laptop) had 2 screws falling out of the bottom when I took it out of box. I would no take a charge, tried several different power cords to no avail. Replaced the battery from a new Acer laptop I had on the shelf, and it finally charged. I called support and they sent me an email telling me to return, which I could not do as this laptop was to be set up at a nursing home to run critical medical equipment the day I received it. I replied to the email with the issues I was having several times to Bob Anderson RMA Manager, and he never replied. I am still in need of a new battery I replaced.

Didn’t receive my order. Investigation has been pending for several weeks

Nice value on the products but the shipping price seemed excessive and not clear. Several similar items have free shipping while the product I order cost $55 to ship it. It feels like a hidden fee when it's unexpected like that.
