I read a lot of reviews about antonline prior to purchasing an EVGA 3080 12 gb card and was a little worried about what I was going to receive. I had no problems at all with their service. They shipped the card the next business day and I received it 4 days latter. But the shipping box was way to big and didn't have enough protection but the card itself is well protected in a foam protector in it's own box so arrived in great shape. I would give antonline 5 stars except for the boxing and the fact that on the day of purchase they created a shipping label and considered the card shipped even though it didn't leave the warehouse till the next day, which I deducted 1 star for. The only other complaint I have is that they have a no refund or exchange policy themselves for video cards but EVGA has a solid reputation for backing their products so I wasn't worried on that account.
Now as to the card itself, I am very happy with. It is a monster, and without undervolting will draw 430 to 440 watts right out of the box. Be sure to have good airflow if you get an air cooled card.

Their shipping policy is, apparently, that you MUST be home to sign for a shipment. No leaving a signed delivery attempt for the driver the following day, no redirecting the package to a carrier facility for pickup, no way to simply release responsibility and have the package left at your doorstep. If you can't be there during the work week to sign for a package, it will automatically be shipped back to antonline and you'll be charged a 15% restocking fee, which is absolute BS. Even if you call them directly, there's "nothing they can do" about it despite UPS saying otherwise. So, because I'm being held hostage against paying a $100 restocking fee, I had to take a half day of PTO to sit at my house because I, like most, work and am out of the house during normal delivery hours.

It would be extremely useful if they would let you know about such a ridiculous policy ahead of time, but there is no mention of this shipping policy anywhere on their website. So, if you plan on purchasing from them, make sure you'll have someone home 24/7 or that you order it in the middle of the week with the hopes of getting a Saturday/Sunday delivery date. Ridiculous. Worst part about it is I had to pay $56 for this asinine shipping.

We purchased two gaming monitors and an Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer, spending almost $2,500 in September of 2021. Come December the computer would blue screen and restart- updated drivers and thought it was ok. In April 2022 the entire Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer became completely useless. We have now invested ANOTHER $2,000 fixing and replacing its parts ourselves because the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at ANTONLINE is a COMPLETE JOKE- they replied once to an email and brushed us off completely, and now HAVE IGNORED our emails and requests for them to HONOR OUR ONE YEAR WARRENTY. Brian Cox, the supposed support manager has done nothing but blow us off. Currently looking into legal action against company for refusing to honor the warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from here, don't. Run away and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that appreciates its customers and does the right thing. We are left with nothing but complete disgust for this "company".

They went as unscrupulous as the Newegg's Shuffle and Best Buy's Pay-Wall. Yes, I did get my RTX 3060 ti but at over $950 with a lot of low-end parts and software. Yes, I was desperate. I've had all my parts for a year and a half. Just another despicable company getting rich off unfortunate world events.

Awesome product, fast delivery. I got my laptop from Antonline and it arrived in one piece with no issues to it.

My experience with Antonline has been really good! I heard about them on Twitter through a PS5 Restock Tracker and I have purchased from them twice ever since. Every order I made was a pretty big order and it was shipped and arrived really quickly!

I placed an order on Feb 7, 2022 for an Intel EXPI9301CTBLK for $33.99. My card was charged the same day, then returned back to my card the next day. I sent them an email asking where my purchase and shipping info was on the 10th and received no response. This was before I noticed the return posted on my CC. Now the price is $69.99. No explanation, they just don't want to honor for the price that was posted AND that I paid. Will NEVER recommend or purchase from again.

I don't really know what all the bad reviews are about, but I personally had a great experience with AntOnline recently! I saw that they were currently (as of 01/18/2022) the ONLY retailer online offering Xbox Series X bundles and they weren't sold out....so I jumped on it. Got a little nervous after reading the bad reviews, but approximately 3 days after I bought it...it arrived at my doorstep via UPS...packed well, undamaged, and brand spankin' new! Contents included (1) Xbox Series X console, XBox Elite wireless controller, one standard wired headset. They offered a bundle with the 20th anniversary headset after I already placed my order (which got sold out) but...I dunno...I got my order in what ended up being a seamless transaction. Thanks AntOnline!

purchased a console bundle on this site, but they failed to either ship the console or UPS lost / stole contents / or damaged the box on the way. Antonline phone support is friendly but can't help and ask you to email their support email. Contact with their support email has the slowest turn around ever and reply back with the most generic reply backs get away with their scam operation and / or wont help you in any shape or form. I now know it is not worth the risk EVER buying from this company again, BUYERS BEWARE!

Excellent customer service. Called to them and they helped to cancel my order with now problem.

Didn't realize this bundle was super overpriced so I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after I ordered but antonline didn't let me do so. Now when I try to return it, they are charging a 15% restocking fee. Very disappointed as a long time customer of antonline. Will change review if this is fixed

I paid for the product so I expect it to be shipped in a timely manner. After it wasn't I then messaged them asking when will it ship? That's it... So they cancelled my order and said it was my request... Worst experience of a lifetime

I received the product as advertised and very quickly.

Not much I can say that the 5 star rating doesn't already cover. Easy to place order. Said it was going to 2-3 business days to process (took half that time = 1 day to process). Received the order 2 days after. Literally the easiest way to shop. In a time when things are supposed to take twice as long, this process took half the time. All around can't say enough good things about them.

15% restocking fee on sealed items. Avoid this kind of service. Very slow customer support, waited 3 days and did 2 phone calls to get an answer. I really doughty that all reviews here are real.

Fair prices, decent bundle, good protective packaging, and timely S&H. I would buy from ANTonline again despite seeing and reading so many bad experiences by others. I'm glad/blessed my first time was a good experience, thank you.
