Francesca understood what I wanted to achieve and guided me through every stage of the design process.
I trusted her with a selection of my mother and grandmother’s forgotten jewellery and with care and respect she transformed them into contemporary works of jewellery art for myself and my four granddaughters.
The old pieces of jewellery are no longer forgotten but have evolved to be worn daily - cherished by two more generations.
Each piece has our family’s history carefully woven through them.

Edit: the seller responded immediately to this review. I appreciated their comments working to address the problem and on the handmade and unique nature of each piece. Perhaps a simple communication issue with different emails or related.

Loved working with Anuka! I had some crazy, detailed questions, and Francesca was responsive and helpful the whole way through.

I loved my piece so much, that I wore it everyday for over a decade, receiving so many compliments. When I lost it in the ocean I was recasted. And Francesca helped me order the exact same piece, the right size, from half way around the world. And when it arrived, it was perfect!

The customer service was impeccable, the delivery time was short (also considering I live on a small island in the Pacific, the delivery time was actually quick !), and the piece is beautiful, original, and perfect!

I had a stunning bespoke small mixed diamond disc necklace created which was set with my own birthstones. It is so precious to me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Often receiving compliments about it too.

My partner and I also had my engagement ring designed and made. Throughout the process we were listened to, ideas shared and advice given. We could not fault this whole process. Not only did Franci have a shorter than expected time frame (as my partner had a date in mind for proposal) but after the initial agreeing of diamonds / stones and shape (after which I chose to stay out of the loop) she kept my partner informed every step of the way. The ring is just incredible!! Distinctive, elegant and incredibly beautiful. We couldn’t be more ecstatic with the result!!

And lastly, the presentation of every single item is perfect! It is so personal and unique, and coupled with the first class service received, it is an experience you couldn’t fault. Thank you!

For our daughter's 18th birthday we commissioned a piece to be made from her late grandmother's engagement ring. Francesca took us through the whole process advising, designing and creating the most beautiful pendant. Her attentiveness and craftsmanship are truly amazing. We can't thank her enough for creating this special family heirloom. Our daughter never met her grandmother but now she carries her with her.

I bought the gold rise ring as a gift and it's beautiful! There was a small delay in it being posted out due to the size being out of stock but Francesca informed of this after my purchase and it came within the stated timeframe. It arrived beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note. I'd definitely recommend!
