I placed an order for a Pirelli MT 60…
I placed an order for a Pirelli MT 60 rear tire on February 9th, and as of today, it still has not arrived. I have sent multiple requests asking for a real and updated status of my order, but I have not received any response at all.
Communication with the seller is extremely difficult. No information is provided, no updates are given, and customer support seems completely unresponsive. It is very frustrating to pay for a product and then be left without any explanation or proper communication.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this seller based on the lack of professionalism and customer service.
UPDATE: After making over 20 inquiries, I finally received a response claiming the courier was the problem. However, this is a blatant lie. The FedEx tracking number was only generated on February 16th—after weeks of my repeated complaints—and the status has remained stuck at "Label Created." FedEx has never actually received the parcel from the seller!
I am still struggling to get a refund with zero results. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and are essentially running a scam by withholding my money for a product they never shipped. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an online store.
UPDATE2: I am updating my review to show everyone how Anvelopelider treats a customer after taking their money and failing to deliver for nearly a month (Order placed on Feb 9, 2026).
After providing a FAKE tracking number (FedEx confirmed the package was never even handed over), their support team sent me an incredibly arrogant email, basically telling me to stop bothering them about my missing money:
"Hello, We would like to inform you that this is our last response regarding this issue. The request is still in progress, so there is no point in contacting us for another response."
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They take your money, provide fake shipping info, and then have the nerve to tell you to stop contacting them. I am now filing formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC), ANPC, and initiating a Chargeback through my bank to recover my funds from these scammers.

I didn't like the experience with them.
I thought it was a scam. I ordered and payed, they sent the bill and then nothing for almost a month. When I asked what happens, they said it was a problem and sent my money back.

Oder paid, no tire received
I have placed and fully paid my order on 9th of February and, to this date, they have not been abled to provide a status for it: neither for delivery, nor for cancelling it. This is really unacceptable! If you cannot deliver the tire, then it is normal to correctly inform your customer, not to send generic messages with no real info. Since there is no communication from their side I have placed a complaint with the office of customer protection! Lack of professionalism and respect for customer! This looks more like a scam, rather than a serios seller!
