Tony has been at our property for the last 2 days, very professional and nothing is to much trouble, really appreciate the work he has done today.

Lee has been fabulous addressing our issues, going over and above what he was scheduled to do , dealing with other problems that had been left by other workers too. It’s so reassuring to have such a competent , knowledgeable person who goes out of his way to be of assistance . Thank you

Richard Nelson has been a fantastic support since moving in. He has been to the house 3 times now to complete snag work and is scheduled to come back again to complete some follow up work. Richard is great, he just gets on with everything and keeps me updated. Always a pleasure when I am told Richard is completing snag work for me. Thanks 😊

Chris and Josh came today to replace our front door, fantastic job done, and all mess cleaned up afterwards.

Very polite and very quick and efficient

Really lovely, friendly and professional fixed the original issue quickly and also did an additional repair while he was here so that someone else wouldn’t need to come out again. Really appreciated the extra help and the care he took. Would definitely recommend Paul Higham

We have to say that Steph and Kelly at Priory Gardens were both fantastic. All queries answered promptly and efficiently without any hassle. Nothing was too much trouble and both had the patience to let us make a decision without force or pushing. We can’t praise them enough. Many thanks ladies.

We moved in, in September the house was filthy I could write my name in the dust, customer service after care do the bare minimum the site agent fobs you off until after the 4 week call, the finish is not great on a house that cost£400000

Our technician Paul H was superb. Really polite, friendly and respectful of the property. Also signposted what he would be doing, offering me options and recommendations where appropriate. He also chatted through some general property maintenance tips, products he trusts etc. Top guy, a credit.to the team.

The technician, Chris Appleton, arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Paul arrived earlier than scheduled after a cancellation, he diagnosed the issue with my front door and got it fixed in a jiffy.

We were having trouble with our doors closing. Lee popped round and fixed this without any issues and was very friendly.

The customer service is very robust. From the sales team to the site management team, I cannot fault them. We were giving consistent update on the development from start till we were handed our key.

We had few snags in our property, but the site manager Keith and Andy were always there. Before we knock the door was always open. I cannot fault the customer service led by Louise and the site management team in any way shape or form.

We had Richard over to fit a new front door as the original door was a bit bent at the top and didn't close properly.
All the process was very smooth and Richard instaled the new one very nice.
Great service over all.

We had some work done by Tony Murray, including filling the gaps under the window sill and painting the bay window. He was meticulous and paid great attention to detail. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him, thanks Tony!

The lads that came to do flooring on our landing were brilliant.They were tidy,and did the job perfectly,when they finished you couldn't tell anyone had been here!The lads were called Richard and Tony,we cannot thank them enough for the work.Our address is 26 Starling Place Catterall (Plot 35).Thank you Anwyl Homes for employing such good people.

Chris came out to investigate some issues weve been having. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with. I appreciated the effort he put in and the care he gave to the property. I hope things move quicker for us to find the cause of our issue. Thank you.

Paul replaced an internal door handle, he was careful and professional and interested in how we were putting our mark on the house. Second time he’s been to our house for a snag and no problem at all with Paul.

This is the second time a door handle has gone floppy & my concern is the handle failing entirely and trapping us in a room or unable to access it including our dog. I really wish Anwyl used higher quality fittings for high traffic areas etc.

Josh arrived on time and completed repairing the snags cleanly and efficiently
