I purchased a hoodie from this company on 9 June it eventually arrived 5 weeks later but is too small we even ordered a large as my daughter wanted it too be ‘baggy’!! Contacted customer services 13 July they replied 5 days later and said I needed to forward a picture and then they would supply me with a returns address and possibly a free returns label so I responded with the picture and well I’m still waiting to hear......at this rate the 30 days return policy will be up paid £23.98 no sign that this will ever be refunded if they can’t respond to say where to send it back to. Be warned do not shop on this site always check reviews before buying I wish I had.

I am waiting a refund for the item I was posted. I'm sure the doll we receive does not meet the UK toy safety standards!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER.
This company should be reported to fraud police. I returned two items back to the address given. I wrote emails to them for refund, they don’t reply. I wrote a review here on 4 July 2020. Since then this company has not refunded me and they don’t respond to emails. One star to them is total waste of a star. It’s ZERO star!!

I was concerned because my order had not arrived after 6 weeks and contacted Any Shopping who chased it up for me. I found the tracking system confusing. It finally arrived this week. It looks good, neatly packed in its own smart case, and today I am going to use it (a hair scissor set) to cut my husband’s hair. After a two month wait, the scissor set looks to be well up to the challenge of the extra growth... thank you for your help Any Shopping.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I placed an order on 14th May and as I write this on 22nd July I still don't have what I ordered, and as soon as I asked a refund they stopped replying to my emails, and now they are just ignoring me. The phone number on their website takes you to an O2 mobile voicemail as it's switched off. The lack of customer service from this company is astonishing. For all intense and purposes this website is a scam. Please, please do not buy anything from it. They have essentially stolen my money and are refusing to acknowledge it. One star is too good for these punks!

I was a little bit concerned when after I placed the order and read some of the reviews here. But as soon as I placed the order I was emailed with the confirmation email and few days after I received a tracking number. The Hat arrived in less than 10 days by Royal Mail. Very happy with it. I will continue using this site.

Absoloutley awful company, ordered what was suppose to be a long luxurious mens dressing gown and when i finally turned up 6 weeks later, what turned up could only be described as a piece so black thin material shaped into a dressing gown, i asked to return the item and get a refund, they told me to send it back, so i did, i had to keep reminding them to refund me, i finally got the refund for the dressing gown, but am constantly emailing to ask for the refund of the postage which they are dragging their feet, it's not the money it's the principle! do not use this company, if you want proper customer service and good quality products.

I ordered 1 item on the 27 June and still heard no word from them, the tracking number doesn't work and I've emailed 3 times and still had no response. Don't order from them, it's really not worth the hassle 🤦‍♀️

All items I have ordered have arrived as described.

Took me a month to receive a plastic replica of what they were offering. I reverse image searched the picture and it looked like these guys were the original but I waited a month for this thing and it's like 100% synthetic when it looked like cotton. The design also isn't printed in the same way as the picture. The picture looks amazing, but mine looks like a knockoff.
Hoping I get a refund.

They have not fixed my problem, nor have they reached out. It is now October 2020 and I have heard nothing. The product was purchased in June.

Edit: July 2022. Still not heard a thing. Don't bother. Seriously.

Ordered two dolls for my daughters. The estimated delivery time about 20 days. I actually received an email with Royal Mail tracking 3 days after the order was made and the Dolls arrived in less than 10 days. The prices was very good. I will use the site again

Hi when I ordered my parcel it never said coming from China /Singapore or any other Asia country I believed it was coming from UK. I sent email to them same day I ordered to cancel order one week later got a reply saying can't be cancelled as on its way. This company from what I see from others writing to them never help in anyway. Will not be ordering anything from them again.the parcel is taking over 6 weeks according to the tracking. Have any one dealt with this company

I ordered a watch for a present on the 6th of May and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I received an email after ordering and paying for a black watch that they didn't have this colour in stock. They offered me a discount to change to a blue one which I did. At that stage they said it would arrive by the 27th May. The first link provided to track the parcel did not work. The second link given works but my parcel has not moved since the 9th of June. It is saying ready for shipment but nothing since then. I am unhappy with the customer service as I have had to ring four times and I have emailed numerous times. Sometimes they answer sometimes not. They offered me a 50% discount, then in the next email asked me for proof they said this which I provided. The last email I sent was 4 days ago looking for an update but still nothing back.

I ordered a hoodie for my daughters Birthday and the company wrote delivery date between 2. and 4. of june when I ordered. After I contacted costumer support they say I am wrong and deluvery time is 25 days. The hoodie arrived today and is poor china quality like Wish-products only this company looked european. The prices are high for this quality. Dont buy here.
