Missed delivery date and poor customer service
I ordered an Anycubic Kobra printer with an expected delivery date of bewtween 21st and 30th March. This date has now passed with no comunication from Anycubic to let me know the reasons why. I have contacted customer support but have now been waiting for 2 days for a response.
40 days delay !!
I placed an order for a Kobra S1 Combo on March 10th.
More than 20 days later, my order has still not been shipped. I then received an update saying there are customs issues and that I may have to wait until April 20th for restocking — meaning over 40 days of delay for a product that was supposedly already in stock.
This is misleading and unacceptable.

FINAL CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AND DEFINITIVE RESOLUTION - Ticket #1120480
Dear Anycubic Support Team,
This is my final communication before I proceed with legal and financial action. My experience with the Anycubic Kobra 3 V2 has been an absolute disaster due to your continuous negligence:
1. Defective Unit from Day One (DOA): The printer arrived with the nozzle wiper bent and broken straight out of the box. This is a clear failure in your quality control.
2. Technical Negligence: Your team tried to repair a V2 model by sending parts for the older Kobra 3. You admitted that motherboards and heatbeds are different; I will not accept incompatible parts for a machine I paid for as a new V2.
3. Unprofessional Standards: Sending precision mechanical parts wrapped in dirty old newspaper is an insult and a breach of professional warranty standards. I cannot trust the integrity of these parts.
4. Damages and Losses: I have lost weeks of work and a very expensive Christmas Multi-color filament pack due to your machine's failure. Compensating me with a "random" white roll is offensive and insufficient.
I DEMAND ONE OF THESE THREE SOLUTIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS:
• OPTION A (Superior Replacement): A brand new, factory-sealed Anycubic Kobra X Combo as compensation for the damages, lost time, and poor service.
• OPTION B (V2 Replacement): A brand new Kobra 3 V2 Combo plus the original Multi-color filament I lost.
• OPTION C (Full Refund): A full refund of my money and a pre-paid return label to send this defective unit back.
If I do not receive a professional confirmation within 24 hours, I will immediately open a dispute through my bank/PayPal and publish all evidence (photos of the bent wiper and the newspaper packaging) on all international 3D printing forums and social media.

Bought a refurbished Kobra S1 Combo printer directly from the Anycubic eBay store. Refurbished is not true at all - it came with broken parts and filament that will not load. Instead of offering a return and a refund, they keep sending parts and expect me to to the refurbishing. It has been over a month since I have purchased and I still have not been able to print with it. I will never buy Anycubic products again after the horrible service and run around I have received from the company

The costumer service response is quick. They are friendly and very helpful, they were able to fix my problem and replace the accessories I needed. I would recommend this company 10 out of 10. I have now 4 of their printers, and it’s been nothing but good experiences with them.

I broke a small sensor in my ace pro and when i asked for a replacement to purchase, they are sending me a new one free of charge couldn't be happier
Promised shipping dates mean nothing – Zero support!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience buying directly from the official store. I placed an order with a clearly stated shipping deadline. That date has long since passed, and the item has not even been dispatched yet.
What is even worse than the delay is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple support inquiries, but I am being completely ignored. Their "24-48 hour response" guarantee is a joke.
If you have time-critical projects, do not trust their delivery estimates. I have now cancelled my order and will be buying from a different retailer with reliable service. Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I bought a Kobra S1 and had great results until about 6 months in and had a failed print. On inspection the connection for the hotend on the PCB had caught fire and obviously that was that. I contact Anycubic and after providing a description and photos, they sent a new PCB, printer is back up and running and completed a 3 day print session. Perfect prints and a very happy chap. Thank you
