My daughter bought me a k3v2 for Christmas. It had a heat bed issue and the communication was great. It made the issue easier for me to fix. They do understand and back up what they sale. Thanks for the help and understanding.

Im brand new to the 3d printing world. Took advantage of a great deal on the Kobra3V2 with the ACE Pro. Absolutely love it. Super fast shipping in great packaging, easy assembly, and easy to learn to use, even for an old guy like me who isn't very tech savvy! Had an issue with my print head, customer service very fast and professional in getting me straightened out. Couldn't be happier!

The replacement parts arrived quite quickly although there was a delay for the extruder. However, all is good now and I will certainly be buying the new larger Kobra S1 MAX when it is available.

Contacted after sales due to constant issues spanning 20 months of using a Kobra 2 Neo. Their response is disgraceful and I will never buy any products from them again.

If there are no blockages in the extruder and the hot end, but external force is required to extrude the consumables, I recommend replacing the drive board.

I have a great experience with Anycubic support. My Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo printer broke off the cutting tool, without which the printer cannot be used. Anycubic technical support decided to send me a cutting tool for free even though the printer was not purchased from their official e-shop but from the Polish e-shop Allegro, which also operates in the Czech Republic, where I live and therefore sends products to the Czech Republic from Poland. Due to the impossibility of purchasing a cutting tool in the Czech Republic, I thank Anycubic support for their decision, help and willingness.
