Just bought a Max3 with ace pro and a…

Just bought a Max3 with ace pro and a camera. The ace pro and camera turned up broken. I contacted support who decided to ask for me to photograph and email them then to return broken parts which i have to do at my own cost before they would consider sending replacements "Consider". Hello dont I have the right to replacements. Anycubic as a company no never again. The Anycubic products yes but only from a supplier who I trust like Jaycar. order number AU001114011552

Customer Service Team

The technical staff at Anycubic are truly fantastic. Every time, and there has been a number, I contact them for support, their replies are prompt and helpful. When spares have been required for my machines (4 machines: 2 FDM and 2 Resin), the parts have been dispatched very quickly. I cannot fault the customer service team

Any cubic kobra 3 max

Any cubic kobra 3 max
issues constantly with the AMS so many parts sent out nothing fixed it, they refused to replace the AMS so refunded the machine, they charged me postage and a transaction fee which was so wrong. took over a month to get my money back and they point blank refused to refund postage and the transaction fee even though its illegal in the UK
never will buy from them again

Absolutely shocking service no…

Absolutely shocking service no communication whats so ever. Ive ordered replacement parts for one of my printers. They never informed me it was out if stock and didn't say on the order screen. At the same time ordered a kobra 3 max and again the same. Thinking of cancelling and switching brands

Great deal, excellent support

Although i was encouraged to compete a review after a service call, I can't say enough about how much of a great deal my Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo has been. I have been using it for almost a year, it's so reliable and easy to use. The hot end failed and it was quickly replaced without hassle, but that's the only problem so far.

Excellent CS

Speaking with my CS agent was a great experience, I loved that I spoke with the same agent (or appeared to, at least, personalized responses seemed to all be of the mannerism and tone.) My issue happened right before my warranty was due to run out, and ran into after the period ended. Even after this they were willing to wait for me to do a several test prints (more than 48 hours later, about week after warranty ended) and were willing to continue to assist. Thank you again Ranson!

Anycubic has great customer service!

I got into 3d printing about 9 months ago and I have a kobra s1 and love it! Been having a blast with it! I have had a couple parts go bad in the last 9 months but the support team has been fantastic and have gotten me the parts I needed sent out in a realistic time frame! Really appreciate them all! I have currently 3200 hours on this printer in 9 months so I feel it has stood up and has done fantastic for the amount of hours i have ran thru it as well as learned so much on this printer! When I decide to get another one I will get another kobra s1 or another anycubic printer. Thank you for all the support and fun times I have had!

I was well taken care of

This is my 3rd AnyCubic printer and I had an issue with it. Contacted Support late Friday and they responded and said it would be Monday before they could get me an answer. Mon they contacted me, explained the issue and gave me a discount on the out of warranty part. After installing it, everything was fine. I was happy with the quick response and identifying the correct part to fix the first time around.

Doesn't care at all about the broken…

Doesn't care at all about the broken machines they sell, on their fault they would never replace parts of broken printers for free as stated in the warranty instead they charge you the full price or even more.
Customer service is way 👎
Avoid buying their broken printers

Ordered printer and advised shipping…

Ordered printer and advised shipping 21st - 30th March. 31st March no update on order no email. Contact there support to be told my order is not shipping until end of April beginning of May. Tell your customers the truth when purchasing an item. Absolute scummy business. Take your money and lie about delivery times. Do not update you on late deliveries. You have to wait 48 hours to get a reply to tell you it will be another month. They then sent the printer with Evri as a small package. This is why Evri could not deliver it. It is now being returned to Anycubic as they did not pay the correct delivery cost and I now have to wait for another printer to be sent out once the 1st one has been returned to Anycubic. What an absolute joke. Suffice to say I will now cancel my order and go to Elegoo or Bambulab. I can only recommend Anycubic if you want a very stressful shopping experience. Very angry customer. Why LIE???
