I pre-ordered a Kobra X nearly 2 months ago, but it still hasn't been shipped and clearly won't arrive by the March 15th deadline. They use deceptive marketing with resetting timers to create fake urgency for pre-orders, yet the price hasn't increased once in 2 months. Total lack of transparency. No support at all. They are not answering mail since 3 days

Customer Support is Bad
I have been fighting off and on with customer support about a defective product, they keep giving me all these tutorials to do that doesnt work, sending me replacement parts that doesnt solve the situation, and always going on some sort of "vacation" to prevent from helping me get my machine working again. I regret ever buying this from Anycubic when I could have bought something else with better customer support. There are no solutions to this and they don't want to fix it at all. Don't recommend.
I purchased an S1 and for 1 month
I purchased an S1 and for 1 month, it was brilliant.
After a month it decided to do it's own thing by getting jammed up and digging into the hotbed. The hotbed got destroyed, the PEI plate ruined, and the print head twisted and snapped the cover off.
I've been waiting over a month from support to have this issue resolved.
Two months I have owned the printer, and over a month of that it remains faulty and unusable.
The customer support team are very responsive, but the delivery is soo slow.
I was going to purchase a S1 Max, but not now. The lack of replacement parts via warranty paired with unreliability of the printer, a max just wouldn't be worth it. Best to go with a better brand.

I bought a Kobra S1 Combo on 25 November. I‘m very satisfied with the quality! Love the printer. A few days ago, the housing of the print head fell off, and some parts broke. I wrote to the customer service of the website. The day after, I got an answer and a solution. They will send me a new housing. Top customer service!
