Excellent company

Excellent company! Helps with my 3d printer, sent parts and resolve my problem. Printer was broken on 60th hour of printing and for now I have total print time 115 hours and everything is fine. Anycubic is the best of prices, quality and service. Thank You!

When the problems with the device…

When the problems with the device started, they were resolved quickly. After contacting technical support, I received assistance without any issues, and it turned out to be reliable and effective. I truly appreciate the speed and professionalism of the service.

I opened a support ticket when my ACE…

I opened a support ticket when my ACE stopped feeding filament. It took 24 to 48 hours to get a response from the service technician, who did not seem to understand what was wrong with my Kobra S1 and ACE Pro.

After almost a month and multiple emails exchanged, I took it on myself to perform a system reset. After that the ACE is functioning as it should.

Very disappointing service.

My Anycubic Kobra 3 Max needed the hot…

My Anycubic Kobra 3 Max needed the hot bed replaced. I contacted Customer Service and explained the issue. They were very positive and helpful. They Helped me identify the problem quickly, and have sent me a new hot bed replacement. I highly recommend them and their printers.
